This is the official documentation of the formation of a new government in The Empire of Cartavesqa. The Cartavesqian Establishment, authored by the Cartavesqian Senate, will go into effect on January 1st,2012. The document validates the official recognition of a new government in Cartavesqa, The Demilitarization of all offense forces in the Cartavesqian Military, and the official declaration of Cartavesqa becoming a peaceful nation along with the foundation of the United Peace League. This document outlines the terms under which the new government will operate, the demilitarization of all offense Cartavesqian forces, and the terms of a Cartavesqian Peace. The validation of this document will also remove Cartavesqa from any military organizations or alliances.
The reasoning for this document is primarily based on leading Cartavesqa towards a new era of peace and prosperity. During this new era, Cartavesqa will attempt to reach become a diplomatic peacekeeper of the world, and at the same time allow the nation's economy to develop. This will also mark the beginning of more open trade in Cartavesqa.
The Cartavesqian Establishment also marks the end of Cartavesqa being a Empire, and instead will now be known as a Republic. The Emperor's family will still have control of the nations defenses however. Also, The new national animal of Cartavesqa will be the Eagle.
