We, the parliament of the Commonwealth of the Godly Nations, with approval of the Archbishop Henry Portlowick, head of the Church in our nation, have renewed the Ancient Buggery Laws, set by our mother nation, The United Kingdoms of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, which hath forbid the abominable act of sodomy with any of God's good creations, or any form of sexual misconduct expressly forbidden in the Bible. But, being a sensible nation, we seek to look into the practices of other nations and mimic them in order to become a more enlightened nation.

On another note, the current Prime Minister of Sanctaria, The Right Honourable Charles Dawson is gay and has been married to his husband for 27 years.

Same-sex marriage is legal and comes with all the rights and privileges of heterosexual marriage. Any church or religious body that performs hetero marriages must also perform same-sex ones.

The constitution insures rights to homosexuals and other minorities.

Originally, homosexuals enjoyed all the same freedoms and restrictions as heterosexuals in Fearless Germany. They were given all the basic rights and privileges. As was the same with heterosexuals, homosexuals were not allowed to marry a person of the same gender. Just because they had a different sexual orientation did not mean the rules were bent for them. Homosexuality activists could not deal with this 'level of equality' and tried to force a change. The government of Fearless Germany does not tolerate any dissidents, and by the command of Führer Meister, homosexuality was outlawed. Anyone found to be in opposition of this ruling was to be incarcerated and repeat offenders put to death. This law goes for tourists as well, and Fearless Germany will recieve no diplomats on this issue.
