With the transitioning from Communist Dictatorship to a Capitalist Democracy, Great Valencia's economy has been in shambles, and the quickly established government is not yet permanent, but our last dictator is president now, and understands what must be done to turn it into a democratic nation. The once proud, massive and strong Valencian Military is now in shambles, with little to no organization or supply. Soldiers stationed in other nations have deserted, and soldiers in our very homeland are dieing every day from starvation, disease and hypothermia. The once massive 7,000 ship Valencian Navy has shrunk to 3,568 rusty ships, and the rest are either rusted beyond repair, or inoperable. The brand new Valencian government is calling out to the international community for the first time in our short history. We hope to establish better relations with once hostile nations, and friendly alike.
The Valencian Government is requesting 5 billion dollars in aid from any interested nation, which will be repaid immediately after a permanent, effective government is established, and the economy restored. Rebel groups have sprung up all over, which we are unable to fight. We also ask for soldiers and ships to protect our shores temporarily, and to help whats left of our military to root out the rebels, that live all over the nation, inside of cities, and in rebel camps in the mountains. We will be unable to supply any nation's soldiers, so we have created requirements that soldiers need to enter the nation in order to live. Heavy wool and cotton clothing will be required, due to the year long below 26 degree temperature. We thank everybody who responds to this call, and hope that you can help us.
