PROPOSAL TREATY: THE AZACIAN BLACK MARKET TREATY DRAFT

Proposed the: 7th of January 2011.
Wrote by: The United Kingdom of Globexanter.

RECOGNISING that the Black Market of Azaca deals in Slavery.

UNDERSTANDING however that certain Nations are against the Slavery Trade. In this case the Nation of Free Tristania opposed strongly the Slavery Deals.

THANKING both sides of the arguements on deciding to reach a peacefull conclusion.


The treaty would work as such:

AGREEMENTS

1. That the Nation of Free Tristania would routinely search Slave Vessels from the Azaca Black Market to ensure that no Free Tristanian Citizen was part of the human cargo.
2. That the Nation of Free Tristania would stay out of the way of all deals if there was none of their Citizens.
3. If there was a citizen from Free Tristania, the citizen would be rescued and the Slave Provider ( who shall have to be present on-board ) arrested and given fair trial in a Nation of Neutral state versus Slave Traders.
4. That the Black Market would remind it's Slave Traders that it is not to use Free Tristanian Citizens.
5. That the Nation of Free Tristania would winthdraw all Military threats against the Black Market and the Nation of Globexanter.
6. If the Slave Trader is from Free Tristania, he will not be trialled if he has not been to his home land in 5 years.
7. If the Slave Trader from Free Tristania had been to his home land within 5 years, he would be given the Death Penalty according to his Nation's law.


THEREFORE bringing both sides together to a PEACEFULL finish of this stand off.

This will only be in effect if the Black Market owners and the involved Nations agree.

Art 3.

The Contracting Parties will actively assist travellers who are visiting the other signatories country and help them free of extra charges as if they were travelling in their own country. Citizens of the United States can use the National Health Service and emergency services in Free Tristania and vice versa.

Art. 4

A Citizen of the United States finding himself in trouble abroad can use the consult or sancity of Free Tristanian institutions and seek refuge under the Free Tristanian banner and vice versa.


Art 5.

The present Treaty is subject to ratification and shall come into force on the day of exchange of instruments of ratification, which will take place in Gulf Oren. The present Treaty will remain in force until the Contracting Parties agree on its amendment or termination. I think things can be arranged I will keep my slave traders out of free tristanian waters and will not buy slaves that were once free tristanians unless it is too return them to there land but in return Free tristania will relinquish its blockade on my ships

Den Uyl was asleep... he didn't even he could be so tired. First he had his inauguration, then the trouble with the slave traders and now he certainly had one... err two treaties on his hand. Great.. well luckily he was aboard a plane that was flying at breakneck speed to Cadonica.

At home, back in Free Tristania, van Oosten (Chairman of the Chamber) was walking in his garden. He couldn't sleep and the whole situation annoyed him immensely. What if the press found out ?

They where all barred from contacting Media sources and Groupe 66 Interceptors kept a close eye on foreign news sources.
