By order of His Imperial Majesty, the Imperial Interior Ministry is billing the Foreign Ministry of Allahnistan for æ15,000 (Fifteen-Thousand aerijanischmark(s)) or the equivalent as a charge for the ruining of His Imperial Majesty's garment and bedspread--upon which His Majesty vomited on profusely after reading the message from Allahnistan.
