OOC: Nor are they valid reasons to force the Topic Creator to maintain In-Character diplomatic or trade relations with Seculartopia. For all intents and purposes this strikes me as an IC declaration stating that, as the Topic Creator's nation opposses Seculartopia's In Character actions, the Topic Creator will cut all relations with Seculartopia. Nothing wrong with that; plenty of nations on all sides of the NS political spectrum do so every day. I maintain embargoes on several totalitarian states, many totalitarian states maintain embargoes on democracies, etcetera. It's nothing personal, after all, it's just business.

way to respond to IC post OOCly, very impressive observation skills you have there. Technically if running a dictatorship and oppressing religious peoples is a crime in his own nation he can opt to take legitimate geopolitical action like an embargo. That would be how politics work...wow.
