Hello my English friend. I am writing this letter now to inform you of the defensive pact signed by Russia and Persia just the other day. You have probably already received a copy of it or have seen it. Persia is going through changes...I have enacted several reforms that strengthens central government, gets rid of corruption, and modernize our military that has been stuck in the dark ages for too long. As you may know, we have a large influence in the Middle East, even though you have taken some of our lands and so has Russia, we are still a dominant force in our on respect. We are paramount to your holdings in India to survive...If certain measures were taken to pay us, we might even send our own soldiers to protect your holdings so your forces wouldn't be stretched SO thin with your massive Empire. Our soldiers are feared by those of the Middle East and Asia. We are known for a merciless Calvary and our strong willed infantrymen. None can stand up against us in our region of influence. Persia's military though on the world scene is old and not modern with almost no artillery and no navy. Russia has offered to train our units and sell us navy ships, but...I'm sure Britain would love an ally such as Persia in the middle east were I'm sure you are ready to expand into. We need our lands that you have under our control and something better then what the Russians offer. This is not saying that you NEED Persia, with all your might you could conquer us but imagine the losses and Russia has vowed to intervene if you attack. I am just saying that it is better you make a ally out of us...then an enemy.
