The Imperial English Empire of St George, whilst not wishing to join the ICP, wishes to let it be known that the ICP is an organisation who's goals the Empire acknowledges as both noble and unattainable. War will, unfortunately, always exist.

The Empire wishes to let it be known that ICP member nations attacked and threatened for being apart of the ICP will be defended by the Empire. The Imperial English Empire commends the goals of the ICP whilst not endorsing them. War is something the Empire takes as apart of it's sovereign right as an independent nation. ICP involvement in the Empire's affairs will be met with resistance, but there is always room for negotiation. The ICP needs to focus it's efforts on specific conflicts, their causes, and ways to resolve them. ICP can be a successful alliance, but ICP needs all of it's members to contribute. Those joining for military protection only should be rejected, and member nations should have a charter by which to judge their actions.

The Empire, again, commends the motives of ICP nations, and wishes ICP well.
