I've been thinking on this for a long time.

Basically, the idea is this.

Sometime in the future, there is a massive oil crash due to rising oil prices and increasing shortages of the precious black liquid, and increasing global temperatures. Soon after, someone (preferrably one of the participants) finds a massive oil reserve. This sparks a diplomatic crisis that quite possibly could erupt into full-scale war.

So, anyone interested?
