Anyway, I've been hard at work euipping and training the new UPA. We of Bokaya are happy to announce the first full battalion of the UPA! Two infantry platoons, a command section, an artillery contingent and a tank contingent! Here it is for you to peruse at your leisure. Please note that, at the end of the day, I didn't in fact equip them along the same lines as my common army, but my elite Republican Guard. This means that the weapons and gear they use will be reasonably modern, giving us aa fair chance against pretty much any opponent.
As with most Bokayan equipment, the weapons are based on RL designs with a few IC differences. It's the same with the vehicles.

The New Model of The Unified Pact Army

As you can see, I've utilised a Republican Guard style uniform to cut production costs and ease manufacture. You are about to see the standard black colour scheme, but the uniforms are availiable in tan, olive drab, grey and brilliant white. The brilliant white trousers, boots, and shirt and armour are lined with reindeer fur; and a matching balacalava is also availiable, as this is the basis of the uniform of the famous "Antarctic Warfare Regiment, Republican Guard". The tan uniform is made of lighter, thinner cotton.

How does one file a complaint with the Court of Grievances?

Yeah... Greater Tezdrian seems to have a problem with national sovereignty.

Wrong, completely wrong. The Imperial Union is, and has long been a Champion of National Sovereignty. But, in your case, something must be done.

@George:

Legeonas' passing of the Void Act.

You are in violation of Article One of the Steel Pact Charter:
Article One

The signees of this Pact enter into an accord of non-aggression. No nation shall ever declare war on another nation, nor embargo another nation, nor blockade other members’ ports so long as they are both signees of the Pact of Steel.
Quarrels will be settled in a Pact Court of Grievance consisting of the Affronted, the Offender, the Supreme Council who is to act as an unbiased jury, and the Chairman of The Pact who is to act as the judge.

The Empire thanks Greater Tezdrian for their swift actions, and hopes that no further will be taken by other members of the council. The Empire also endorses GT for a post in the War Ministry under Bokaya.

The New Model of The Unified Pact Army

-snip-

Very good work with the New Model army, I have only one complaint; the vehicles should be more modern. I am seeing 1st generation tanks when we should at least be seeing 2nd generation tanks (Cheiftans, M-84's ect.) as the bulk of our main tank pool. However it would most likely be better to spend money on a few GOOD tanks, and only have those. After all, tanks are not as effective as they used to be. With the new innovations such as accurate laser guided missiles, and hard hitting hand held anti-tank weapons, tanks hold very few pros anymore. Not to mention that they also cost millions of dollars to produce, and millions more to maintain.

So, I suggest that we keep a smaller group of good Pact MBT's, operate by the best crews. Most other roles of the tanks can be filled by IFVs, APCs, and helicopter gunships, which are all much more mobile.

We may begin now.

GT, what is your compliant, who is it against, and why is it that you think that you or The Steel Pact has been harmed.

My complaint is the Holy Roman Empire of Legeonas' passage of the Void Act, it is against Legeonas, and the IUGT in in the opinion that s goes against the tenants of fascism, and degrades fascism within that nation.

I would assume so, but the matter at hand is more integral to the stability of the SP.

Presumably.

This means that GT's complaint need not be taken further, although if Leg re-applies to the SP, it should be taken into account.

Yay. Does that may I can proceed with definite action without the Pact's interference?

Duly noted. I have now read the contents of the Void Act, and decided that that it would be an affront on his national sovereignty if we made him revoke the act. However we will attempt to persuade him to revoke it. So long as the communists are not in any seat of power it is not of our concern wither or not he persecutes them.

As for you Legeonas, consider this a firm warning; this is what we mean by don't ask don't tell. We did not need to know that you are no longer persecuting Liberals/Socialists/Communists.

While I highly disapprove of this government resolution, so long as your left wingers are not in any great position of power, you will be allowed to remain in the Pact.

EDIT:
Legeonas is hereby removed from the Pact, until he reapplies.

Its sounds like he's quitting NS all together or at least the forums given that that was his "last communique between Legeonas and the outside world".

Actually, as per the Holy Roman Empire's Declaration of Isolation, which I might add, was released after the Void Act; Legeonas is no longer a member of the Pact or any other organization.
