Too right. The Royal Family can take refuge a Unicarion military bunker in Western Colorado. It's the old NORAD bunker, capable of withstanding multiple nuclear strikes, and most natural disasters. The President is taken there by military plane in case of any Unicarion territory being invaded.

Look. We have an obligtion to provide full military aid to GT. I'm going to, even if none of you people do... With NL in absence I am, after all, head of this alliance so the onus is upon me to uphold its ideals no mattter the cost. None of you are obliged to give me any direct aid, but I would ask for fiscal assistance. That is, a rather nice donation to Bokaya's defence budget. Nice being about a billion or so. To play it safe, we'll hire a PMC to fight in proxy, leaving the main bulk of our forces ready to repel a Lyran counter attack.

If the Steel Pact fights against Lyras in this war, the Armed Republic of Veceria will resign from the Pact.
I'm sorry, but my nation has a positive attitude towards the Protectorate of Lyras.

Anyway, I'll stay neutral regarding the conflict against Lyras, but we will donate NS$1bn to the Pact war effort.

You'd best leave. Make no mistake, unless GT resigns from The Pact, we will be taking action against Lyras. Be that military, economic or even covert, we're bound by mutual agreement to assist our Brothers.

I myself am quite sympathetic to Lyras. That is why I declared that I will not provide any troops to the conflict. But it does not mean I will not honour my obligations to the pact - which is why I donated. Veceria, you could well have done the same.

I will definitely paticipate, probably as a support role. I will donate 2 trillion (check my government waste if you don't think i can afford it) and will be assisting the pact via my navy. I will utilize 3 fleets to support the Pact's effort, and also, Bok, in Adagar's thread, do you want my navy to provide backup for your soldiers?

According to NSeconomy, i have 7 trillion laying around my government doesn't use...so i was like, what the hell. I feel really awkward, becuase i blew like 3 trillion buying Lyran products :unsure:

But it is ok, the Pact makes NS fun, just buy something worthwhile.

Ok, i will handle Adagar's thread.

And should i stay on as a support role in the Lyras thread?

I would like to remind you all, that since my joining of the Pact my GDP has increased form "8.1 Trillion" to "82 Trillion" and we can donated 1 billion easily.

I would also like to donate 5k soldiers to the conflict (8 crews of tunnelers/Peacekeepers, and a 1k of troops from the Liberation Army to disrupt the invading armies supply lines through sabotage and biological warfare, if it is allowed)

I really don't know if I have time to RP the conflict, so I will leave whoever is going to be in charge of the Pact forces to RP for me. I suggest airdropping the tunneling crews into fortified, out-of-the-way areas and start having them build trenches and prepare tunnels underneath where Lyras is establishing a foothold. Later in the war, other armies can use these tunnels to sandwich the invasion force between two armies or interrupt the supply line to the invasion force. The Liberation Army should be infiltrating civilian towns and cities that may be captured and preparing to disrupt the infrastructure there as Lyras invades. Alternatively, they should be booby trapping strategic targets with biological agents.

You do realize that government waste is waste and not reserves right?

Well, it is calculated simply by subtracting the amt used from the amt budgeted. What is done with the leftover money is open for interpretation imo, as there is no "savings" or "stockpiled" stat

Right, so becuase it is not going to anything else, i can use it how i want. I actually keep track of where that money goes, as i put some of it into defense.
