Another reason I want to move, lived on one side of vegas, moved to the other, didn't know anyone, joined the swim team, had large amounts of friends and went to parties and had fun. Quit swim team when I was 12, everyone except like 4 of my friends left me and stopped hanging out with me. 4 friends hang out with me less and less, went over to someones house for the first time in four months last weekend. Went to one birthday party last year too....that's a reason I want to move too. It seems like my Parents don't think it is a big deal when I have to make new friends even though I suck at making friends , but when they would have to make new friends and stuff, it is a big ass deal.....

At least if we don't move, I am going to college in about 3 years, and I'll pick a college in the Northeast.

Grat just made some organization called the "Equilibrium" that wants to keep the current power structure of the world by "dominating" it? IDK, it confused me and he seemed to be getting testy after I bitched at him for "declaring war" on a loose diplomatic organization, so I didn't ask. Well I did, and he said I "didn't understand" and asked me if I had read his OP. The answer was "yes" but I really didn't want to argue, so just dropped it there. I'm pretty sure Cong is unaffiliated with Equilibrium, but you should probably ask someone in Cong, or wait and see if he declares war on the Pact. I could send him a tg saying that we are interested?

Well then, he won't have Cong support I'm guessing. Should I try talking to him OOC and see if he would be interested in possibly having an RP with the Pact? His OP would be pretty ICly inflammatory to us.

Prospect system was abolished.
Grat joined Sovereign Network, the recruitment pool for the Cong.

Not a member does not equal not affiliated. He's a member of the Sovereign Network, which is the Cong's recruitment pool, and is allied with several Cong members through the SN and Judea.

Its their recruitment pool, but the Conglomerate isn't obligated to assist Gratislavia, and in this case, likely wouldn't (Pretty Busy Apparently). Sovereign Network is a weird thing, and it took me awhile to understand. Judea is a different story. While he does know the Cong, ICly there isn't much reason for the Cong to participate in this, should it happen. But then again...you never know.

TBH, I'm unlikely to assist to any war with Grat (unless I'm attacked), as I'm currently a Protectorate of Solm.

The thing is, his first act was to declare war on the IC, a diplomatic organization which serves to preserve and promote peace and balance.

He with drew the hostile statement, so maybe he wants to ICly forgot about the whole thing.

I hate Grat as much as the next dedicated SP member (for his coup), but I have exams soon. Willing to donate a lot of troops, but Im too busy to do the actual war. Wanting a sitrep on his military, especially budget/men so I can project Legion losses
