AN OFFICIAL DECLARATION
FROM THE SUPREME WORKER’S EXECUTIVE COUNCIL

We, the Supreme Worker’s Executive Council, were entrusted by the workers and peasants of Comorostan to lead this glorious nation into the future. We have labored long and hard to achieve our socialist utopia, but there are those who wish nothing more than to destroy all we have accomplished, and return the brave proletariat of the Socialist Worker’s Republic to slavery under capitalism, or worse.

It is with this in mind that we issue the following declaration, and in its issuance establish the Black Horse Protocol. The international community and those who wish harm upon socialists in particular, are advised to pay heed to this message.

Not one step back for Comorostan. In a time of defensive war with a capitalist, fascist, monarchist, or other reactionary nation-state, there will no negotiation. There will be no surrender. There will be no mercy.

Comorostan will not bargain with those who seek to bloody our land, with those who seek to drive the proletariat back down to slavery and ignorance and remove the gleaming bastion of socialism that Comorostan represents from this earth. We will not actively seek this conflict, but should it come, we will unleash the full power of the Comorostani People’s Defense Forces to insure the safety of the Republic.

Let it be known that Comorostan shall never surrender. We shall fight until death, and we shall force the capitalist invaders to kill every man, woman, and child in Comorostan before claiming victory. And this victory shall be a Pyrrhic one, for we shall leave nothing left to conquer.

Should the unthinkable occur, should it appear the Comorostan is close to defeat and conquest by reactionary forces, then the full and terrible power of the Comorostani Strategic Forces will be authorized for use in “scorched earth” operations, as well as attacks against the invader’s homeland. Should the capitalist world seek to destroy us, we will leave them nothing but blacken earth and radioactive ruins. In death we shall become death, and we shall level your cities as we level ours.

Not one step back. No return to slavery. No return to capitalism. Capitalism will never conquer Comorostan; Comorostan will destroy itself first, and we will drag its attackers down into the abyss with us.

[Panem Rue]

News traveled swiftly of the "Black Horse Protocol" and it soon reached the ears of Emperor Everdeen III. He was furious about these "intimidation tactics" as he called it that the communist country was trying to use against capitalist countires. He called a special joint session together of his top royal advisors to find a apropriate to find a soultion of how Panem Rue should respond.

They met at the Royal Palce and after several hours of fierce debate it was finally decided that Panem Rue shall respond as such:

1: Trade Sanction will be imposed on The Socialist Worker's Republic of Comorostan and any country that wishes to trade with them
2: A Anti Communist Propaganda campaign shall be run against The Socialist Worker's Republic of Comorostan to undermine the Communist infulence in the country
3: If both of the above fail the The Emire of Panem Rue be be forced to uses Millitary Action to prevent further agression from The Socialist Worker's Republic of Comorostan to any other capitalist countires

[Comorostan]

Panem Rue would find the first two of those policies hard to enact. Comorostan prided itself on self-reliance to as high a degree as possible, seeking to trade primarily with other socialist countries. Trade sanctions would do little to nothing against Comorostan.

As for a propaganda campaign, they were going up against some of the best. Attempts to distribute propaganda via any media, be it fliers, television, radio, or the Internet would be quickly and methodically crushed by the Ministry for the Protection of the Revolution. Anyone caught assisting such a campaign would be quickly executed or sentenced to a gulag.

As for military action, bring it on. Comorostan devoted massive amounts of industry to its military, and it boasted a professional and highly-trained core supplemented by a large conscript base. Any attempt to invade Comorostan would be ill-advised.

[Panem Rue]

While the Trade sanctions intially failed, Panem Rue did not back down just yet. They decided to shift it's attentionfrom Comorostan
trade to Comorostan home grown industy. While millitary strikes by Panem Rue to cripple their industry would be futile, they decided instead to let terrorist organizations do it's dirty work. they help found the right wing terrorist orginiztaion Ala Anteriore Destro (Right Wring Front), giving them money any funds Ala Anteriore Destro carried out many terrorist attacks against the Industry of Comorostan, targetting everyting from Car Manufaturing Plants to Factories to try to cripple the Comorostan Indursry, and to harrass the Comorostan goverment as well

Capitalisme is nooit gewenst in maatschappijen waar het socialisme en/of communisme vrijheid bied(en) aan zijn/haar arbeiders. The People's Union declares that we are interested in working together with the Socialist Worker's Republic of Comorostan. Capitalism is never good in communities where socialism and/or communism give freedom to his/her workers. We would like to make sure that, in the event of war, the Socialist Worker's Republic shall remain free and solidary through military and economic support in times of emergency. The Socialist Worker's Republic should however make sure that a truly socialist community shall be reached by their government. Both civil and political rights have to increase and companies shouldn't be allowed to abuse normal citizens.

OOC-If you're going by my nation page, that's pretty outdated, I turned issues off a while ago. Also, I'm less of a "wonderful utopia" socialist state and more of a "USSR or China" socialist state.

Comorostan
Terrorism. The first refuge of the man without power. In the right hands, a potent weapon. In the wrong hands, a costly failure and a embarrassment. Panem Rue's attempt to incite terrorism would appear to be leaning towards the latter.

It took one attack, a minor bombing of a factory producing industrial equipment, to draw attention to the Ala Anteriore Destro. They would soon regret existing.

Comorostan had been dealing with terrorism since its creation, but only a regime as ruthless as Farrishnikov's was able to end it. The Hijim terrorist groups were crushed, and Army of Resistance was annihilated. Ala Anteriore Destro would share their fate. Anyone even suspected of being involved was treated to a visit by hard-faced, unsmiling Ministry men, sporting the red armband which struck terror into every Comorostani's heart. These visits ended as they all did, with the suspect in question dragged off in cuffs to a Ministry detention center, there to face a quick trial and a sentencing.

The number of attacks steadily fell as the Ministry for the Protection of the Revolution shut down each cell, person by person. The foreign money pointed right back to Panem Rue, but for now the State did nothing. After a short run, Ala Anteriore Destro was reduced to impotence.
