Third in Command(Secon in Command's right wing man or in this case, nation)
Weapons Advisor(What types of Weapons can be used)

I see no need for a monetary advisor, as money has not been an issue
Third in Command is kind of uneeded because we already have a power pyramid

As a weapons advisor, he simply advises what weapons are being used. He has a say in what weapons are used for war. Like gas bombs( which are illegal) nukes and what not. Also says what weapons can and can't be used. So, he could say no using a m-16 because it a terrible weapon(not really)

Panem Rue's Army's current weapon of choice is the AR-15 semi-automatic rifle

And setting standard weapons, Like the m4 carbine would be a choice. But hed have to do it based on mission type, a sniper squad cant use a m4
