The Sovusa act only covered alliances and declarations of association.  You broke away from SAM II not Sovusa. It does not matter anymore however, because the WERTA Alliance solves all those problems and makes all those acts irrelevent.

It is generally agreed upon that SAM II led to the downfall of The Eastern Powers. Sovusa saved The Eastern Powers from Sam I and the only reason we even had a SAM II was because the counsel still agreed with the principle. Regardless, USSV,CVA and USM should enjoy the New found peace.

Since we actually drafted Sovusa we think we should know what it covered. No one violated Sovusa except for The GGRX and they now cease to exist. And Sovusa indeed was made to save The Eastern Powers from SAM. However, SAM I was ended by Sovusa's main law and as we know, nothing was able to stop SAM II. Just thought we would clarify.
