We wish to know how Asevul did not see this coming. Communists are violent, disgusting animals who will rebel over the simply fact that they are not in control! The Asevul government should have been more active in stopping the Communists before this happened.

However, the GWO is more than willing and ready to deploy military support in all forms to end the Communist revolution. We've selected a Legion currently on standby to deploy, should the Asevul government accept our aid. Furthermore, we have a Federal Guard Carabinieri Division on standby for deployment to help maintain order.

OOC: Problem, of course, is that nobody is playing the Asevulian factions. I mean, my entire rescue plan relied on double-crossing the Communists, which fails if they don't reply at all.

OK, who wants to join that? Context could be a day further on. President gets killed, a dozen local warlords each stake a claim, Communists divided amongst themselves into a couple of factions, my troops have landed and taken the Groko hostages from the rebels but are still pretending to support them, Grokoans have arrived with their troops further out, Schindivians have arived to secure their hostages, Comorostan troops have arrived and taken control of the Communist forces and want to take the capital, the British have taken control of the remaining Asevulian governmental forces and the Anemosians have arrived to take their own hostages back. Anyone who wants to join post here, and say if you think the context should be a little different.

Sorry to OCC when we're trying to restart the thread, but I haven't had a chance to speak yet. First, I'm likely to be unable to post for the rest of the day, so no promises. Second, I suppose I’d be interested, but only if Comorostan is going to take control of the Communists. Remember, Groko joined simply to regain our people and relieve the Aseuvlian government of duress. If my people are safe, the only reason Groko would stay involved is to combat the Communists with the hope of one day reunifying the country. If the Communists are no more, then Groko would pass over occupied territory to another power or to the people themselves if possible and leave the continent. Groko does not wish to annex any Aseuvlian lands.
