
PREAMBLE:
WE, the members of The Grand Alliance, form a union for the further of development and benevolence of nations, and to protect and arm them with any means possible, and honor the rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
ARTICLE 1: The Governing body(ies):
The Grand Alliance will have two bodies: The Council of the Seven and The Executive Chairmen. The Council of the Seven will concict of no more or less than seven members elected every three months, and so each term will be a quarter of a year, and will be deemed "quarterlies." Each member may not have any restrictions on his terms unless the other Councilmen and Executive vote a majority to impeach the member or the member resigns from office and/or does not re-run. The Council will vote on new laws and proposals of war. One week after the Council elections, the council themselves will elect a council member to become the Council Head and shall have not the one vote of normal Councilmen, but two votes.
The Executive Chairmen will consist of two elected rulers elected every four months and have a limit of three terms. Their duties are to create and pass laws that will go to council vote, and if passed will take effect immediately. In declarations of war, the Chairmen will partake in the Council vote, and will have two votes each if they vote to different options, and if the vote is the same, will have a total of three votes. If an event of war occurs and the Council Head and Executives are the same, but the rest of the council votes a different option, then let ALL members vote on the matter and let ALL members have ONE vote each, no matter what rank.

ARTICLE 2: Admittance:
Every member shall gain admittance no matter what size or experience. We shall not descriminate based on government form, religious form, or any sorts of the matter each member shall be required to submit their:

NOTE: All Minister/Secretary positions will be created by an initial summit for Council and Chairmen. The OP will have 1 Minister position until he decides to run for higher office.
