The Fourth Hispano-German Reich is, for the moment, only interested in the Free Trade Agreement program. Our civilization believes there are other means of promoting fascism than plain violence. Having already a strong infrastructure in strategic defense and believing in our military forces capabilities, fortunately augmented by the infrastructure we found, our personell must evaluate the chances that the military programs may draw unwanted attention towards our civilization, but this is not a final decision. Our leadership still reserves the right of keeping this opportunity open.

Even now, we will soon successfully show to the few anarchist troublemakers remaining the error of their ways, without having to shoot any of them, but instead by using nonviolent methods to turn them into productive members of our society, to march forwards towards the ultimate man.

(OOC: Two tests, one to check a theory about the existence of parallel universes and the possibility of transferring quantum particles from them, and the other a Large Hadron Collider test, happened in Third Spanish States simultaneously, but they led to other thing than killer aliens, headcrab zombies and eventually Combine forces. Mirror Universe equivalents were swapped for most of its population because of this. I am not retconning the past, no matter how absurd this premise is. It will be the most "Utopian" and level-headed state here, I think. They try to avoid causing suffering and pain to the population but are still totalitarian and tyranny.

As for what exactly it is, think "Gattaca meets Brave New World", with a Hispano-German version of 1984's newspeak added in. There will be pretty much no torture, cruelty, slavery or usual methods, they don't use forced labor camps... I think I may have to remove the whole "National-Socialist" depiction of ideology and come with a better name, "Transhuman Fascism" maybe(sounds pretty cheesy though), because ultimately they should be internationalist too, like Brave New World's World State, in spite of not being one. They just kill those deemed unfit based on genetic profile in a quick and painless way and control the rest of the population through reward rather than punishment. Knowing the weaknesses of the remaining anarchists to drugs, they know exactly how to defeat them without firing a shot: by burning the weed plantations and having full monopoly on drugs while blockading imports of them. I already did a violent totalitarian state before so I want to try something different.

Of course, not provoking suffering does not mean they aren't averted make very strange kinds of experiments with not really willing human subjects no matter how stoned they are when they are taken. Just that they are kind enough to give anaesthesia, fill their brains with psychotropic drugs and/or remove/cauterize their nerves so they won't feel any physical pain while they are doing it.)

It is with much sadness that we announce one of the greatest disasters in the history of our nation, hoping that, there are those interesting in supporting the stability of our civilization and the happiness and safety of our people in these dark times. A minority of terrorists within the island of Airstrip Alpha, located in one of the most remote corners of the world, has hacked into a major central data processing center and corrupted the polymorphic software responsible for coordinating the entire computer networks of the island with an extremely powerful computer virus. Since then, several acts of sabotage have happened, including, from the few reports we managed to gather before having to shut down our network from Airstrip Alpha so that it wouldn't be likewise infection, the destruction of countless aircrafts, the shut down of power in police stations, hospitals and schools, and the shut down of the cooling systems of ten nuclear reactors, demonstrating their obvious desire of causing chaos and their indifference to how many innocents will die because of their extremism.

With this in mind, we request every possible aid to restore order in the island, stop its impending nuclear disaster and find means of neutralizing the virus before millions die due to the irresponsible actions of a few terrorists.
