The Empire Pact


Purpose:
Week as separate entities we nations that hold true to our nature and to ally now. We need to build a better world and shove off all of these weaker nations that hold weakness as their pride. We need to prove to the universe that nations who have power are not afraid to use it. For too long have we suffered in silence playing by the rules of nations that hold no more power than a mouse holds over a lion. We sit in our engines of destruction afraid to strike against the small for there are many of the weak and few of the strong. But was it not to be the great that survives this world? They scorn us for doing what only comes natural and I pry you come forth in loud anger at the abominations that hold you back. Let it be known that nations of great power can ban together and walk over the small barriers that these nations uphold. I say what power does ink on paper have over me? None,ink on paper does not stop my forces from entering your territory nor shall it ever. Let us hold all that we can within our grasp and laugh as those who claim to be kings drown under the weight of our wealth and power. Let us show the entire universe what it means to be an Empire and why that title alone should be feared.

5. To accept the fact that you are in this pact ,as you are all great nations so no one is the true leader, even i only a founder do not lead this pact.

I was sleeping soundly within the confine chamber of my private room when my most-honoured royal daughter came knocking down upon my door, "father, i have an exciting news indeed", she inexplicably tried to make me understand. So wake up i did, and with the abrupt opening of the door asked her i did, "What is the matter my lady..?", she answered to me, "Can our kingdom please join the Empire Pact daddy..?" I was so suprised, as to the fact that there is the very establishment of another dubious pact, right after the other filled with violence and the grandeur of international violence in the name of "civilisation" has almost meet its own doom upon the very hand of another alliance it sought to bait nose-down and up. I laughed, and next thing i do the very morning afer this humbling incident, called the kingdom minister of foreign affairs i did. "So, what is this new Empire Pact all about?." Dumbfounded he was, second, minute of no sounds, bird chirping peacefully in the air. Then he said, "What is that my majesty..?" Well, i thought to myself, perhaps it is time for us to get a new head of foreign affairs ministry is it not, thought to myself i did.

So there we asked our various intelligence officer(s) overseas, and this is what they provided us with as to the nature of "The Empire Pact."

While i cannot but laughed myself and swear to all the godness in heaven, mind you Apollo, Zeus, and all the deities in the heavenly sky, i cannot comprehend the possibility that another "dubious" alliance calling themselves "the authority and power of the world" will avenge and subjugate those deemed "weaker than they are." Mind you, after browsing the statistical economic and demographic data of the founder of this so-called "Imperial and Powerful Alliance", even laughed out louder i did, sound reverbrating throughout the royal palace itself, startling both servants and humble observers alike.
For this is a joke, and i do have to agree that even the goddess of Laughter and Joke in Heaven itself shall agree with me on this one. Mind you, there are a lot of powerful alliance out there already, not so hard it is to proclaim a member of one of theirs, for what they say hold through to word, with focus being placed upon the current international condition of this world we humbly dwell and live in. Quality shall always be better than quantity, indeed.

Yes I am a small nation but that has nothing to do with this alliance, yes many have done this before and have done it better but few of these "great" alliances you so bravely wave in my face as great are nothing more than sheer pieces of paper that have held little meaning to their mandate. Yes what you have found is un-original and yes I could join one of the many fine examples of why I created THIS alliance,I would rather not. Empires when faced with adversity stand alone and when they want to be the adversary the stand alone, even with their claims to be in an alliance they know full well they will be engaging in a minimal amount of conflict. You do not see the issue but I see a world full of communism, anarchy, and worse, I am one who is willing not to sit and watch this happen, nor shall I stand and wait until the beasts are at my gate and i have nothing but to surrender. Do what you wish and maybe this pact will die, maybe it will crumble into the cracks of history, but I tried to correct the wrongs this world has brought upon us who choose greatness. Then you might be wrong and we achieve victory and then you will come back begging to join, yet either way I will turn to you and say "Only those who believed in a cause are worthy, and you turned your back" and I will go, sad if it has failed, and glorious if it succeeded.

Laughed out to the very bottom of the soil upon this earth i did, for i cannot comprehend such an arrogance unfounded before. Laugh away, I recognize the power that these alliances have I am merely saying they do not use it. Many do not see that the quest for knowledge is the key to our future,but it is. There in lies the balance we must seek and it teaches us that in order to survive one must be great, then how is it so many who are great have fallen? When the small ban together they can become greater than the great, yet they do not hold on to their power, they merely dissolve it in order to become small again? So what if those who know how to become great combine? They stay as a massive power and even the shrivels of smaller nations could not join together quick enough to stop such a beast. You do not have to join, nor do you have to respond to my letters,nor I to yours, but I will continue to respond as long as you respond, I merely take shame in the fact that so many seem to have abandoned their beginnings, you must be small before you can become great but you must realize you are great to reach such a point. You must also be understanding if the universe and how it works, you claim me to be self conceded, but I merely respect the great race that is mine. after reading your letter I have developed a very well informed answer. This alliance is about the strength of Empire nations coming together to form a pact in which to become a sort of larger Empire, hence the name. We strive to prove true to our name and aggressively conquer all we can. This could be considered an offensive alliance and is a rarity in the several alliances that exist. We will defend if necessary but are much open to an aggressive style approach to removing threats that haunt our great universe. The strength and weakness I constantly refer to is the ideals of the Void,were only those who follow and try to achieve greatness will succeed and weakness is those people who stand bye and say they are great but do nothing. I measure it in morals and strength as like I have stated in my proclamation that several small nations can over throw a single larger one.

This alliance aims to protect and preserve those empires. Now your last question is stunning that you have not heard of the Void but this is our fourth renewal and it has taken us a long time to reacquaint ourselves with this universe,but maybe you have heard of our past civilizations that had sprung up? We have had multiple empires rise and fall, all called by different names all achieving greatness and losing it. They are known as "The old ones", and "The fore runners" and "The creators and so on. Our current civilization has conquered many a planet but we have not lost technology of the past but have gained it back through different means. We are the seekers of knowledge, who in past civilizations either interfered too much in primitive world affairs or too little. We now aim to change this and remain a universal power. Yet you should not ally yourself with us because of our history ,do it for your nation and maintaining it.

"Hai, Shogun-sama." Another ninja nodded.

I would like to propose a meeting between our two great nations to more fully examine whether or not an alliance would best fit us...and perhaps share a thing or two about each other in person. "Lieutenant, couldn't this wait till after we crush this futile resistance group," replied the admiral as he admired the hologram of the battlefield on the planet below.

"Very, well show it to me." The admiral receives the printed out message pertaining to the empire pact.
With a smile, the high admiral began telling one of the communications officers what to send as a reply.
