"Well, not to jump the gun either, but I'm fairly confident you like me. So why shouldn't they? Are your tastes really all that radically different?"

"You don't Have to be fairly Confident about anything, You know I like you, Like being a Huge Understatement" Carol grinned "They Are Parents, we might have a few tastes that are similar, but parents are usually trained to regard any Boyfriends or Girlfriends with suspicion for at least a Month before making a final decision"

[Warhaven]

"Oh, that's alright, I understand." Pondera said.

"With you They seem to have Bypassed the month of suspicion" Carol said "Probably because they've seen how happy you make me"

[Warhaven]

"That's quite fortunate. If I gather my guess correctly, we're almost there." Pondera said.

The Two of them had Indeed left the Reserve and had Come out onto a street on a path the went in between a Newsagents and a Chip Shop
"Yep, Nearly there" Carol said "By Ready for Questions at Lunch because everyone will want to know a bit about you"

[Warhaven]

"Drat, I forgot my press secretary at home. I guess I'll just have to be honest and forthcoming with information then." Pondera said, grinning.

Carol Laughed

"Don't worry, there will be no Innuendo spouting reporters Present" She said

[Warhaven]

"Good." Pondera said.

"Because there are some things that I'd rather keep private." He said a moment later.

Carol Looked at Pondera with a raised eyebrow as the two of them reentered the house.
Agatha Was still in the Kitchen, just finishing off, the others were sat in the living room.
Carol led Pondera into the living room and sat on the sofa with him

"Ah, The Love birds return" Bill said, looking up from his newspaper "How was your walk?"

"It was good" Carol said "Better than good"

Bill Nodded
"Would you Like some Wine with lunch Pondera?" He asked Getting up to go to the dinning room

"The walk was great, I'm actually not big on alcohol, but if its tradition I won't object." Pondera said.

"No, Don't worry, Its Not tradition, I was just pouring myself some and wondered if you fancied any" Bill said from the dining room "What can I get you as an alternative?"

[Warhaven]

"I haven't had any juice in awhile." Pondera mentioned.

[The Floor Kippers]

"Which variety? We've got Gooseberry, Apple, Orange, Blastberry, Pineapple, Grape or I could make you a Mix of them" Bill said

[Warhaven]

"Well, while I've never tried Gooseberry or Blastberry, I'm going to go for a mix. Remind me sometime to send you a bottle of Tangleberry Juice. Like good grapes, it makes an excellent wine, but the juice is also good.

What makes it phenominally exceptional, is that it comes from a world called Mirroden, and everything on Mirroden, without exception, is made of metal. The life, the planet, everything. It exists that way, naturally." Pondera said.

Bill Got a Cocktail shaker out of the cupboard and began Adding juices to the Shaker
"A Metal World" He said as he added the juice "How Curious, never seen anything like that Before. Is there a civilization there?"

[Warhaven]

"Some civilizations naturally sprang up there, and gained control of the world. Eventually, their magic users inadvertantly summoned Dr. Xos, who gave them a number of pointers that improved their magical abilities. They began trading back and forth with The Empire, and when the Bureaucracy began to arise from close relations, they joined up.

"Right," Bill said, Swirling the Cocktail shaker around "I ask because Part of My job is to visit Advancing Civilizations and giving them a few pointers so they can develop Multiverse Travel technology without endangering themselves or others, But seeing as they're part of the Bureaucracy I needn't worry"

[Warhaven]

"By sheer coincidence, that's part of the entire purpose behind Xos's existence, and those of his closest friends. Their collectivly known as The Masters. Carol met them. Infact, Kalia Xilanthese, Mistress of Spirit, is her personal physician while in The Bureaucracy, she's our best doctor."

"From What I've Heard about The Masters, I've been doing My Job slightly less time than Xos has" Bill Chuckled, Pouring Pondera's Drink into a Tall Glass. Curiously, the drink was now striped with the colours of its component Juices. Bill Examined it
"A Perfect Mix, Even if I do say so myself" He said, Placing the drink At Pondera's Place on the table. He then returned to the kitchen and helped Agatha Bring various Bowls of cooked vegetables to the table
"If you'd like to sit at the table, Me and Charlie are at the ends of the table, Agatha and Charlotte you two are to my left, Carol and Pondera, you are together at my right" Bill said, Putting down a Bowl of carrots and sitting at the head of the table

Pondera took a drink.

"Delicious." He said moments later.

"So, continuing on the subject of various Universes, what's the oddest or most bizarre you've ever been to?"

[The Floor Kippers]

"Well that would Have to be Universe 459985, from What I saw the entire Civilization of that Earth was run by Daisies" Bill said " I got out of there pretty Sharpish, There's nothing fun about being chased by a group of Carnivorous Daisies"

[Warhaven]

"Well, if you ever visit our capital world, be sure to not go near the Ri-an Mantraps." Pondera said.

He took his seat, waiting for lunch.

"One of the most beautifully unusual, but definitly odd universes I've been to, is The Great Ocean. The Aquamarinians hail from that universe. Everything's underwater, including the stars. After a great deal of research, we discovered its also the underside of The Elemental Plane of Water." Pondera said.

"A Universe Underwater, Amazing" Bill said "I wonder if the Sea Devils Know about that, They'd love that sort of Universe"
Carol Sat herself next to Pondera as Charlie and Charlotte sat themselves in their Places.
Agatha Came out of the kitchen carrying a steaming Pie Big enough to Feed Eight Covered in golden Pastry. She Placed it in front of Bill and sat in her place to his left.
Bill took hold of the Serving spoon and a Plate off a Stack of Plates to his left

"How much do you think you can eat Pondera?" He asked, the Spoon poised over the pie

"Depends on the circumstances, actually. But since The Deadly Sin of Gluttony isn't nearby, an average sized slice should be plenty." he said.

After taking another drink, he continued on.

"There are five Elemental Planes. Four of them change you upon entering. The Plane of Water, the top side that is, not The Great Ocean beneath it, but The Elemental Plane of Water itself adapts you for watery terrain. So you'll gain gills, your hands and feet will become webbed.

The Plane of Fire turns you to living Brass, and you gain high heat resistance.

The Plane of Earth simply hardens your flesh to rock hardness, and you gain the ability to see in the dark, without any light at all.

Sky enables you to fly, making you grow a pair of wings and granting you basic flying ability.

Now, if your already suited for a particular plane, then your natural abilities are simply doubled. Much like when I took Carol to Sky, her flying abilities were doubled.

All changes disappear on leaving the plane though.

The Fifth plane is the Plane of Time, but that Plane is sealed against entry. Its next to impossible to enter it. I'm sure you can understand why." Pondera said, expanding on the subject of the Elemental Planes.
