Carol Went over to the Terminal
"Connect to FK Telecom Network, Call Region Bel-Mouth A, 78 Weston Drive," She said to the Connection terminal

[Warhaven]

"Imperial Terminal identified. All Toll Charges waived.
Please stand by while we connect..."

"Connected." The terminal said, then it switched over, making the call, and the terminal showed it was ringing.

The call rang for a while and was answered after a while.
""Hello, 78 Weston Drive, Who's Calling" A Female voice said

"Hi, Charlotte, Its Carol" Carol replied

"Hi Carol, How are you?"

Carol turned and Smiled at Pondera
"Fantastic, Is Mum In?"

"No, She's Just Popped out to the shops"

"Oh, Well Can You Tell her and dad that Me and Pondera are Coming round to visit today, oh and don't tell Anyone else, Keep it to yourself"

"Right, Mum's the word" Came the reply and the connection was terminated.

Carol turned to face Pondera
"I've just remembered, I Didn't tell you About My Adopted Siblings in detail Did I? That's not Like me at all"

[Warhaven]

"Yes you did, when I told you about my harem of 37 other wives." Pondera said, clearly joking.

"Adopted huh? My parents considered that, but they were denied. Appearently my father's considered too dangerous to be allowed to adopt children. Nevermind my own existence. Oh no, it's too illogical that a couple having difficulty concieving a second child should be allowed to adopt since their first is doing so well.

Damn bureaucratic technical nonsense!" he said, irritated.

He sat up, and got up slowly. Her feather was tucked into his hair.

"Now contact Stella Jugis and Chron Jugis."

There was a loud slurp of tea behind him.

He started and turned quickly. There they were, Chron and Stella jugis.

"I hate that entrance. What did I tell you about it?"

"That I can't do it in the imperial palace until you've been to Hell and back again. Considering what Kalia told us, I believe it safe to say the terms of your decree have been fulfilled. Now you have to fulfill yours when I politely asked what if you did go.

For your convienience, I shall allow you to make your selections upon your return from Floor Kippers." Chron said. He never set his tea down.

"That's another thing, skipping to the end of the damn conversation before we have a chance to get there." Pondera said, realizing they were in a major transportation hub in The Floor Kippers, and he was now talking to a mirror. The entire teleportation had been so smooth, the poor man never even had a chance to realize it was happening, until it happened.

Behind them were two trunks. One marked "His", the other marked "hers".

"I hate it when they do that." Pondera said, slowly realizing both had been dressed in the process in travelers clothes.

"So, uh, lead the way?" he asked.

OOC: A major transportation hub = a Space port, or an airport, or something along those lines. Whatever's close to where Carol's parents live.

They were stood in the Foyer of Bel-Mouth Train Station, a Rather Grand Building, consisting of Glass and Steel Arches and A Gothic Building that served as the entrance to the station.

Despite the increasing Busyness of the Station no-one had batted an eyelid when the two of them had Appeared, though the Newsagent Was staring, sure he had seen Pondera somewhere befoe but unambe to put a finger on where it was

"Yeah, Adopted, an Older Boy, they adopted him before they had me and a Young girl, She was adopted after I was Born, He's A Draco Sapien and She's a Vulpus Sapien, Charlie and Charlotte respectively" Carol said Leading Pondera to the Taxi Rank, her Trunk in tow

[Warhaven]

"I sense a theme here. Charlie, Charlotte, Carol. Any particular reason, or sheer random chance?" Pondera asked, following her like a lost puppy, his trunk also in tow.

[The Floor Kippers]

"Well Charlie and Charlotte, That's the Names they were given By the Orphanage, and My Parents Liked the Name Carol, so, Sheer Chance" Carol replied, Hailing A Taxi.
A Black Taxi Pulled up and Carol Heaved her Trunk into the Boot and then did the same for Pondera's.
"Not that I'm complaining, I Like the Name Carol"

[Warhaven]

"Thank you." Pondera said, as he climbed into the backseat.

"So, Magic's wide spread in The Bureaucracy. Heck, you yourself have it now. What about here in FK?" He asked.

"78 Weston Drive" She said To the Taxi Driver, who nodded and drove on
"We have Magic, But its not as Widespread" Carol said "People Have the Potential alright but We've only got on relative small Ministry that Deals with that sort of thing along with things like Lycanthropes and Making sure Vampires stay in line.
The Current Government has had to sort out the Mess the last lot left so they've not had the Money to spend on a Comprehensive Magic tutoring program, The Ministry of the Supernatural runs a Basic teaching course but not everyone can get onto it."

[Warhaven]

"Well, The Bureaucracy would be happy to help. We could send over a bunch of Wizards, and Wizardesses, that is, Magic users who have reached the level commonly considered as Master, and teach those that need it. That right there, is the entire reason The Masters of Warhaven are so long lived, so that they can teach those who needed.

Don't worry about payment. Most teachers don't need money in the first place. The Masters certainly don't." Pondera said.

[The Floor Kippers]

"I Think that Both Sir Nigel and Sir Baron Would Be Chuffed with that Offer of help" Carol said "So what Have you Heard About this country then?"

[Warhaven]

"Snippits here and there, but I'm having trouble recalling at the moment." Pondera said.

"Perhaps its a cultural thing lost in translation, but is being chuffed good, or bad?" Pondera asked a moment later.

"Chuffed is good," Carol Replied "Sorry I Slipped Back into Local Girl Mode then"

[Warhaven]

"That's alright. We'll have to arrange something while I'm here. But I'm warning you, our teachers are remarkably strick about their lessons, The Masters even more so. Only serious students can pass their classes.

Just as well, I feel it would behoove us to pass on some Magekillers. Their essentially Law Enforcement for the magical community you know, since their aura cancels out magic. It's purely genetic, so they'd have to be single young people who could marry into the community. There'd be a bit of a culture blend, but that's not always a bad thing. But, these are things to work out later." He said.

He wondered privately what Carol's family was like, then looked at her, and knew they were people he would enjoy meeting. They had to be, they gave him Carol.

There was a certain important question he wanted to ask her father, Man to Man, in private. He might be old fashioned like that, but it never hurt to pay such respect to the father of the woman you loved.

"You'd Have to Chat with Sir Nigel and Sir Baron But I don't see them Objecting to that Idea" Carol replied.
The Taxi Turned on to Weston Drive
"Probably a stupid Question, but do you Mind if we Share a Bed? Just The one in the spare room is a Double bed"

[Warhaven]

"If I objected to that, I'd need to report to have my head examined." Pondera said, grinning.

Then he paused.

"What about your parents, will they object?" Pondera asked.

"Nah," Carol said "They're Fairly Lax about that sort of thing just as long a there's a sense of Tastefulness About it"

The Taxi Pulled up outside Number 78, Half a Semi-Detached red brick house, Built in the Early 1950s, with Bay windows indicating the location of the living room, a Railway embankment at the Bottom of the back garden and Privet hedge lining the Grass squares of the front Garden, stopped only by the Garden Gate.

From one of the First Floor Windows Hung The Floor Kippers Flag and The Warhaven Flag

"Well There it is," Carol said "Its Not much, But its my home"

[Warhaven]

"Gee, I wonder who's trip inspired them to hang our flag? Its a mystery that might never be solved." Pondera said, grinning.

He jumped out, and grabbed the suitcases, rolling them along behind him as he made his way to the door.

"Lovely architecture by the way. Might I ask why it looks like a train could pull up to the garden around back?" He asked as he simply phased through obsticals on his way to the door.

"Actually you should be wondering Which arriving Visitor Inspired the Choice of flags" Carol said Also Grinning "As for the Railway, That's just the freight line to the Port, You usually only get the odd train going along there"

She walked up to the front door and Simply Pushed it open, They Kept it off the Latch when people were in.
The Hallway was Wooden Floored, a Coat stand stood to the left of the door, the house was filled with the smell of a Variety of cooking foods.
As the two of them entered a Humanoid Gryphon, in her late forties but not looking her age and Looking a bit like Carol Approached the Two of them, a smile on her face

"Pondera, Can I Introduce to you my Mother, Agatha" Carol said

[Warhaven]

"My dear lady, a pleasure to meet you. Please, forgive me, but lugging chests around do not allow for more traditional formalities." Pondera said with a quick bow.

Then a second later...

"Something smells pretty good." He commented.

"A Pleasure to Meet you Pondera" Agatha said Curtsying "Charlie, Could you Take Carol and Pondera's Luggage up to the Spare room?"

"Right Mum" Came the reply from the living and a Lanky Grey Male Draco Sapien Walked out from the Living room
"Morning. If I May?" He said taking the cases from Pondera and Lugging them up stairs adding "Morning Sis" On the way up

"The Cooking, That's the Meat and Potato Pie For lunch" Agatha Said, heading back to the kitchen "Carol, Your Father's out in his shed if you two want to see him. Would you Like some Tea Pondera?"

[Warhaven]

"I would love some tea, and thank you for the assistance. Don't get the wrong impression, I'm not above doing things for myself mind you, just, I'm supposed to be recovering, and not doing anything strenuous." Pondera said.

"We don't Mind" Agatha Said from the Kitchen "You are our guest, Recovering or not you shouldn't be expected to do things around the House, House rule Number one"

Carol Grinned "Do you want to come and Meet my father?"

[Warhaven]

"Certainly, both to you, and your mother. Still waiting on that tea though." He said.

"I'll Be A Few Minutes" Agatha Called from the Kitchen "The Kettle's got to Boil"

Carol Led Pondera through the Living room and dining room, Passing Charlotte, who was watching some comedy program on TV on the way, who greeted them with
"Hey Big sister, Big Sister's Boyfriend"

They exited the house by the Patio door.
The Garden was one half vegetable patch and the other Half grass and Flowers, In the Middle of the Veg Patch sat a Wooden shed.

Visible through the window was a Male Humanoid Gryphon, also in his late forties, wearing a Set of Goggles that Magnified his eyes to a humorous Level. He Looked up and Saw the Two of them Advancing down the garden. He Pushed the Goggles up his head and Exited the Shed to meet them.

He Hugged Carol First, then Stood waiting for Carol to Make the formal Introductions

"Pondera, this is My Father, Bill, The Minister for the Ministry of the Multiverse" Carol said
