"I'm Minister Arnold" Arnold Holding up a hand "Is that the Big Scroll O' Notes"?"

[Warhaven]

"Oh praise Venus yes. I made the mistake of telling Xos to give me his next delivery to handle no matter how big it was." The fairy said, setting the scroll down on a desk and collapsing next to it to rest.

"I bet you know better now." Tajen said.

The fairy quietly nodded.

[The Floor Kippers]

"Well feel free to have a rest here" Arnold said, not sure how to deal with a fairy "Do I have to pay you anything?"

[Warhaven]

Cara conjured a fairy sized cup of sugar water sweetened with honey and nectar, that the fair took gratefully.

"No payment from you." The fairy said, then took a deep drink.

She finished her drink then settled in Sara's stroller and fell asleep.

"Well, looks like I've got a bit of reading to do" Arnold chuckled

[Warhaven]

"Sure looks it." Tajen said smiling.

[The Floor Kippers]

"I'll have to start reading it after I've told you about Simon's innovative new Infertility Cure" Arnold said

[Warhaven]

"Oh? What does that involve, unhealthy doses of exposure to the Sin of Lust?" Tajen asked.

[The Floor Kippers]

"Actually that's pretty close" Arnold said "Has he told you his cure already?"

[Warhaven]

"No, it was just a joking guess really." Tajen admitted.

[The Floor Kippers]

"Actually his Idea was localised Regression followed by repair and accelerated development" Arnold said

[Warhaven]

"Sounds like he's on to something." Tajen said.

"Good Gods! This scroll must way a metric ton!" Cara exagerated as she picked up the rather heavy 35 pound scroll. 99% of that weight was parchment and ink.

"I'm going to need the whole development team to help me read that" Arnold said "I might wait until we come back from the holidays before starting, I'd hate to drag them away from their families"

[Warhaven]

"Fortune favors you Arnold, I can see perforations in that scroll, standard page sized spacing. You can turn that into a research book, or pass around sections." Tajen said, looking at it closely.

"He made it fill in the blanks style." the fairy said sleepily.

"Ahh! Good thinking. Fill in the blanks style lets you add information as you get it. When you finish, you have a valuable book of knowledge on your hands that you can copy and pass around." Cara explained.

"Well that's a load off my mind" Arnold said "I had no idea where I was going to store a three foot scroll"

[Warhaven]

"In a three foot scroll case of course." Tajen said partly serious, partly joking.

"But standing around talking isn't getting things done." Cara said.

[The Floor Kippers]

"Nope" Arnold said "Tomorrow morning, the research Begins. Right now I've reached my legal work limit."

"6 O'clock already?" Sir Nigel asked "Time for a Trip to 22 Wolverhampton Avenue"

[Warhaven]

"Now it's time to clock out, go home, and enjoy Sam's recovery." Tajen agreed, nodding.

"To the MTC?" Cara asked.

[The Floor Kippers]

"Yep" Arnold said, his tail wagging "I can't wait"
"To the MTC" Sir Nigel said with a nod

[Warhaven]

Tajen laid Sara in the stroller, and she slept peacefully in the stroller with the fairy.

Cara and Tajen returned to the MTC and waved goodbye to Arnold.

"Goodbye" Arnold said "And thanks again"
Once They were all inside Sir Nigel dashed up to the controls and began to manipulate them.
A short trip later they had landed in his office.
Most of the Walls were covered in shelves, these were filled Dozens of artifacts Like a Stuffed Facehugger with a Knife through it, A Dalek Eye stalk and A Gold Dalek Gun, A Jewled sword in a Glass case, A Dragon Horn and A Tommy Gun and several books.
On the wall behind the desk The Portraits of Eight Children age ranging from 10 to 20 Hung, From Middle age Styled Paintings, through the Renaissance, The Last two were a Sepia tone Photograph and a full colour one.

[Warhaven]

"This is quite a collection." Tajen said complimentary.

[The Floor Kippers]

"Thanks, It took me quite a time to collect them all, and that's only some of my stuff" Sir Nigel said, heading for the door

[Warhaven]

"So, what's the trip here for, important evening broadcast?" Cara asked.

[The Floor Kippers]

"Well actually, to show you where I rule from and for Dinner" Nigel replied, leading them upstairs
