The Interior was suitably late victorian with leather covered seats.

The dragon curled up at Pondera's feet.

"So, when should we resume?" Jezeel asked.

"Well, that would depend on when you can coersce them into starting. As you were the one to intercede with us on the subject and we have responded in a positive fasion, going by the rules laid down long ago, you are Priestess of the Balance. Going by current figures, as the sole priestess, that also makes you high priestess." Pondera said.

Jezeel looked shocked.

"Yes, you can keep Charlie. I'm feeling generous enough to allow that." Pondera joked.

"Thanks." Jezeel said rolling her eyes.

"He says generous but he knows we aren't going to be split up by anybody without giving them a fierce fight" He said

"It's fairly standard for high priests back home. Rahegalhoff being the longest standing model for such a thing. High Priests usually have alot of trust built up with their deities." Pondera said.

"It's true." Jezeel agreed.

The dragon meanwhile thumped its tail happily.

"And if I can't trust my own sister in law..." Pondera said, leaving it hanging while the dragon tilted its head up and licked Charlie's fingers. It was becoming more of a living creature every second.

At that moment the Train began to slow down as it approached Port Rayal, the end of the line.
"Well nearly at your new home Little Ice Dragon" Charlie said to the Ice Dragon

It's outside seemed as real as any Ice Dragon, it even had the appropriate scales. But, would it be Sentient, or sapient? Only time would tell.

Pondera knew that the sole determining factor for that would be whether or not its knew home could support such a condition, or if it was even wanted.

The Train came to a halt and Charlie led them off the train.
Once off the train he pointed to a large dome 200 ft high and around 500ft wide that was roughly half a mile away from the station
"Does that look big enough?" Charlie asked

"It'll come to you, along with a complete basic set of knowledge." Pondera said.

"Are there others like me?" The Ice Dragon asked.
