"Thanks Pondera, That's a Nice Bit of Magic"

He sat back down
"Where's the Man of the House?" Nigel shouted

"In the Kitchen, Doing the Dishes" Bill Shouted from the kitchen

"I'll wait here then" Nigel shouted "I've Washed Enough Dishes in my Life"

"So, Carol, Pondera" Nigel said Looking at the two of them "I Hear You're Getting on famously, I trust this is true? "

"Yes, absolutely, Love is a wonderful feeling.

As for the magic, it was from the domain of water, I broke the water molecules.

I've heard Magic isn't very well studied, even though it exists here. Problems with resources. I'd actually like to help you with that, if your interested, of course. I mean, its not like The Bureaucracy would be asking for money, or anything in return. We're friends after all, what's the point of friendship, if we can't help each other out?"

Carol Nodded "I agree with what Pondera Said, Love is Wonderful"

Sir Nigel Leant forwards as Pondera told him the basics of his suggestion

"Indeed" Nigel said in response to Pondera's Comment about friendship "As leader of this country, I'm Very interested in your Proposal, Do proceed"

OOC: I'm assuming by "Pondera told him the basics of his suggestion" you mean all that I outlined earlier, so I'll go on as though that's what you intended.

Pondera nodded, and drew up a formal agreement on a sheet of paper, repeating all he had said.

"Just incase anyone who wasn't here objects of course." He said, and added his signature.

Then, he stood up, and in an empty spot on the floor, threw down a crystal sphere.

Dr. Xos appeared, looking somewhat confused.

"Prince? Why have you summoned me?" Xos asked.

Pondera outlined the deal that had been brokered.

"I see. I'll take care of things from here then. If Nigel doesn't mind, I'll go with him and set things up and handle the paperwork, while you enjoy what is essentially, a date." Xos said.

"Sounds good to me, Nigel?" Pondera asked.

"Sounds Good from this end" Nigel said
He stood up
"Now Doctor Xos, I think the Abandoned Village of Titfield could serve a Purpose here there's a big abandoned Manor house there, Perfect to become a school, and Plenty of Houses and old shops, We can go there to look now if you like. We'll Need to alert Sir Baron to our plans. Magic is covered by his ministry"

"Please, just Xos. Formality has its time and place, and both have passed." Xos said.

He appeared in thought.

"A village would do quite nicely, yes. The mansion will be the best location for the school, the houses will be great for the Magekiller settlers moving to, and becoming citizens of Floor Kippers. We might have to do some altering, but all in all, it will do fine.

Now, I think we should hurry, its rather difficult to move our tower where the other Masters and I reside through time and space, and I want the best conditions possible.

Also, I'll have to send word back to The Bureaucracy. If you'll give me a moment." He said.

He disappeared, for a few seconds, then came back.

"Right. My wife's on top of matters back home. Now all I need, is to get to the village, after we bring the baron up to speed of course." Xos said.

When Xos had Vanished Nigel Had Opened one of the Living room Windows and was telling the Dragon, Who was apparently Called Spiridon to go and Inform Sir Baron of the Plan.
The Dragon Vanished in a white flash and Nigel closed the window and face Xos

"That's Sir Baron Informed," He said "By the way His First name is Baron, He isn't actually a Baron. Confusing I know but He gets tetchy if you mess up his name. Now Will you Need co-ordinates to find Titfield "

"You have a map, or a picture handy?" Xos asked.

"Can't you use The index?" Pondera asked.

"And base it on what? I know how it functions, but I don't have the finesse Stella and Chron have with it. I can't base it on the house here, or extend it from the tower back on Ephseus. I need more familiarity with the region first." Xos said.

"I guess its a map or a picture then." Pondera agreed.

Nigel Pulled an Electronic A to Z of the Floor Kippers Out of his pocket and Handed it to Xos
"Page 13, square G5" He said "Tap the area you want for a Closer view"

[Warhaven]

Xos went to the apropriate page, then set the device down. He vaporized into a stream of magic and entered the device, then he was gone.

"As an explanation, he used high level Dimensional magic to teleport to a place he's never been to. For all intents and purposes, looking at it means he knows what it looks like from the sky. When he vaporized and entered your electronic device, he actually teleported to the spot shown, and landed on the ground." Pondera said.

A note materialized ontop of the device. It read "thank you".

"See, he made it safely." Pondera said.

Nigel Rubbed his hands
"Fantastic" He said, Pocketing the Electronic A to Z

Bill came out of the Kitchen, drying his hands

"Do you Know Nigel, Pondera Hasn't seen a CVE" He said

"We can't Have that" Nigel said "Pondera, If you Want to see one You can Accompany me and Bill to the shed"

"By all means, lets go, and maybe along the way, someone can give me a description of what, precisely, it does, besides transport people across dimensions." Pondera said.

"Well that's Basically what they're for, they Provide a quick Path between Universes or the space between Universes" Nigel said as they led Pondera through to the garden "They don't really have any other purpose"

"I see. As I was telling the others earlier, we have a spell called Gate, that can do the same thing, with master wizards being able to do more with it, than less capable users.

I use the term, Master wizard, Carol is a Mage, summoner. I myself am Divine, due to my family line.

We use a graduating system of classification to determine the relitive power and strength of a magic user. Mages are weakest, and at the bottom. From there, it is Witch, or Warlock, depending on gender. They are somewhat stronger, and know a bit more. From there, it's Sorcerer, or Sorceress, and they are stronger still, and know more. They can also create some simple spells.

From there, it is Wizard, or Wizardess. They are the most versatile most powerful users there are.

The appellation Master, or Arch, is applied to any level, in which the user has acquired a considerable level of experience.

I am Divine. The Divine are the most dangerous entities of all, but it is impossible to reach Divine, save by extreme special circumstances. It is based on old appelations and concepts." Pondera said, explaining the entire Bureaucratic classification of Magic User levels.

"Curious" Nigel said "Sounds a damn sight better than Some of the Magic user classification systems I've seen in my time"

Bill had gone into the shed and Now Came out with Sir Nigel's CVE Primer

"There it is" Nigel said Taking it off Bill and Throwing it from his left hand to his right "And Now For the CVE"
He Pointed it at the Wall of the house and Pressed a button. The Primer Whined Shrilly and the End Glowed Green. A CVE swirled into existence on the side of the house, a Blue Tunnely Vortex of smoke, Circular in shape at its entrance, Occasionally Lighting Streaked across the inside of the CVE.

"They Don't usually look like that. Usually they're calmer" Nigel said "Something has Happened that's affected them, or is Going to happen"

[Warhaven]

"Interesting. Could it be my presence? I do have a high volume of power, and a close relation to two Elder Gods." Pondera said.

Sir Nigel shook his head
"Nah, can't be you. They've been like this for a couple of weeks now" He said "Out of Interest Which Elder gods?"

[Warhaven]

"The Omnisource, and Kajeenith. They directly oppose one another. Kajeenith is The Spirit of Nothingness, capable of what many other gods cannot accomplish, and even science says is impossible. Magic cannot even accomplish it. My grandfather can destroy energy, thus is capable of Destruction in all forms.

Conversly, my other Grandfather, The Omnisource, is sort of like the great cosmic generator for The Multi-verse, constantly creating energy, new energy. As for whats wrong with these, maybe, when they get here, Chron and Stella Jugis can help you, they are The Masters of Dimension after all." Pondera said.

Sir Nigel Got out a notepad and flicked through it.
He closed the CVE with the Primer and Put it and the notepad in his pocket

"Well You're Okay in my books Pondera" Nigel said "Seeing as those two aren't on my lists" of "Gods I hate" and "Gods that hate me""

[Warhaven]

"They've settled into rather neutral entities. Here, let me show you a Gate." Pondera said.

He pointed at the same spot on the wall, and it shimmered, and grew hazy, indistinct. Stone Pillars came into being around it, and inside could be seen various places, one appearing after another.

One spot was an infinite sky, and it was The Elemental Plane of Sky. Another spot was a dense jungle, a massive thirty foot spider loomed in the distance. Yet another was of a volcano.

Other images continued to appear.

He pointed again, and the wall reverted to normal, the pillars disappearing.

"That is quite an Achievement in Magic" Nigel said "I've seen Some amazing stuff in my long life, and that's just joined the list. Anyway I'm headed back inside, Leave You and Bill in some Privacy"
Nigel began to head back inside

After Nigel was gone...

"I love her very much." He said, solely as an opening.

He waited a second, as silence passed.

"I realize, that only a very small amount of time has passed, between when we first met, and now, yet it seems as if I have always known Carol, and I cannot fathom life without her.

At the end of her tenure in Basic training, with The Paladins, there will be considerable free-time availible to her. I want to ask her, but before I do, I want to ask you. It might be old-fashioned, but I feel it would be disrespectful to do otherwise.

I want your permission, to marry Carol." He said.

He did not turn away in cowardice, he faced Carol's father, man to man.

Bill was quiet for a second

"Pondera." He began "You make my Daughter Happier than I've ever seen her, I can see it in the way she looks at you. And I can see she makes you happy. You love her with all you can and she clearly loves you in the same way. It is because of this that I give you My permission to marry my Daughter"

[Warhaven]

"Thank you." Pondera said.

He took a deep breath of relief.

"Now, before the awkwardness settles in, perhaps a return inside is in order?" he asked.

"Yes it is" Bill said, Leaning on a Gardening fork
