Bill Placed a Serving of the pie on Pondera's Plate.
Inside the pie sat Chunks of Succulent Beef and well cooked potatoes, swimming in a perfect gravy.
"Vegetables?" Agatha Asked

"I can Understand Why the Plane of time is sealed, the same reason why the Backwards Universes have been sealed, To stop people Abusing them" Bill said

"What Would Happen to a dragon in The Elemental Plane of Fire?" Charlie asked "Because we already have a resistance to heat"

[Warhaven]

"Most Fire Dragons in The Bureaucracy report an increase to their fire breath, as well as the ability to actually heal from fire, instead of just being resistant to it.

The most notable example was Garthox's father, a Fire Dragon named Tirune, who gained Atomic Breath while in the fire plane. Of course, Tirune was an exceptionally powerful Fire Dragon to begin with." Pondera said.

Then he turned to the vegetables.

"Yes, please." he said.

Agatha Filled his Plate with Carrots, Broccoli, Cauliflower, Haricot Verts, Roast Potatoes and Cabbage, Before Handing it to Pondera.
Then Bill and Agatha moved on to serving the rest of the Family

"How Interesting" Charlie said

"So Pondera, Tell us a bit about yourself" Agatha said While serving the other's vegetables

"Well, first the obvious.

I am, until about a week ago that is, the only child of Tajen, Son of The Darkness, Lord Emperor of Warhaven, and Cara, Daughter of Light, Lady Empress of Warhaven. As I said, a week ago, my mother made the world shaking announcement she was infact, pregnant. Kalia says its a girl, and I have no reason to doubt her.

My parents literally were born from The Darkness and The Light. That is, my father is born of The Spirit of Nothingness, and my mother is born of The Omnisource.

I am a member of The Holy Order of Paladins, which is the elite branch of the Bureaucracy's armed forces, having attained the rank of Major.

I graduated Kessingale University with a 4.0 Grade average, which is no easy feat.

My powers are aligned with Dr. Xos's, in that I have no limitations in regards to Element, my only true limitations being the amount I can control.

Also, I recently met a wonderful woman from The Floor Kippers and fell in love." Pondera said.

"Ah yes, the pregnancy of the Lady Empress of Warhaven, they reported that fact on the MTV News news last week, Do please Pass on My Congratulations to her" Bill said "So You are A magic User, I assume Carol has already told you about the regrettable state of Magic tuition in this country? Yes Its a Shame about that, it really is."

Carol looked flattered after being called a "Wonderful Woman"

"Yes, infact, she did. As I told her, the possibility exists, that The Bureaucracy could help with that, for free of course. Well, maybe not entirely free, but real close.

See, The Masters, they exist solely for the purpose of teaching. Many of their students have become teachers themselves. Well, not everyone can teach, because the influx of new students is smaller than the availibility of teachers. This means there are Master Wizards without students to teach, forced to go adventuring or work in some other job.

Since I am authorized to broker deals with other nations on behalf of The Bureaucracy, and I do happen to be here, then perhaps later today, or maybe tomorrow, I could meet with the right people, with your help, and work something out.

All they'd really need is a space of land, or an unused building, to set up shop. That'd be the extend of the cost to Floor Kippers.

The Masters themselves would also be around for a bit, helping the regular teachers we'd be sending establish a cirriculum, working with the government to fully understand and establish laws regarding magic, pass on the Bureaucratic ranking system to determine how powerful someone is, and helping Law Enforcement train for enforcing law for the magical community.

Along with all this, we'd seek volunteers from The Magekiller community to migrate to Floor Kippers and establish a community here. Their natural Anti-mages, as magic, in every form, cannot function within their Auras, making them natural policemen for the magical community. They have a variety of other uses too.

To summarize, we'd give you the basics, and you'd have to take it from there and make it your own." He said.

He turned to his lunch.

"Very good cooking."

"If you want to discuss the Matter with the right People then You're in luck, Sir Nigel Is Coming around later to pick up his CVE Primer, you could discuss the matter with him then." Bill said, Pausing to eat some pie "Though I can't exactly see him refusing an offer like that"

Agatha Smiled at Pondera's Comment
"Thank you Pondera, The Pie was made to an old family recipe" She said

"Old family recipies are the best." He said.

Then, after another bite.

"Fully trained magic users will cause a bit of a change, but I'm sure you'll adapt pretty easily, if its even noticed at all. For example, a Master Wizard of the sky domain can fly entire groups of people around using simple things like large rugs.

Metallurgists will benefit from the assistance of Magic users from the Fire Domain.

Medicene will improve with users from The Domain of Spirit.

You yourself will benefit with users from the Domain of Dimensional Magic, which is itself broken down into the more well known sub-domains of Time and Space." Pondera said.

"I think it well benefit All of the Ministries" Bill said "For far to long has this country been forced to Ignore its Magical Potential, if this plan of yours is accepted and goes ahead, it won't be ever again"

"Well, I'm glad I can be of assistance in that regard.

Infact, I'm helping Carol with hers." He said, before returning to his pie.

"Really" Bill Queried interestedly, sipping his wine "In what ways?"

[Warhaven]

"Well, as I'm sure you've been told, she's become a Summoner.

I happen to know where the greatest summons lurk, to make her one of the greatest summoners alive today. These aren't things like the two she has now, Kernkraft and Bruno. No, these are creatures that are a true challenge to obtain.

Something like Doomtrain will help in more ways than one, because he isn't above taking people around, for instance, between The Bureaucracy and Floor Kippers. He travels the space between dimensions to get there.

Or, The Guardian of Nature. A summoner can channel the essence of her summon into her tools. Whether these be tools for battle, or tools for something else. The Guardian of Nature would be different, in that through him, she could channel any naturally occuring element into her weapons.

But, as I said before, just getting to these things is a challenge in and of itself. Well, except Doomtrain, its not getting to him that's the problem. It's beating him in a race that is. It's not easy to outrun, or outfly, a train." Pondera said.

"You Have Two Now?" Bill asked looking at Carol "Sir Nigel said you only had the one, I guess you Picked up another one since you last called."

Carol Nodded
"I managed to Pick up the Legendary Beast known as Bruno after I made that Call" She Turned to Pondera
"You say Doomtrain could transport people between The Bureaucracy and here, but surely our CVEs can do that Anyway?"

[Warhaven]

"I'm not sure what a CVE is, but they probably could, yes. But transport's just a side benefit. It's hard to keep fighting when a multi-ton train's just run you over. Also, he inflicts his victims with multiple negative effects, like poison, confusion, stone, sleep, slow, things like that. Some creatures are immune. Hence the name, Doomtrain." Pondera said, expanding on the train.

"I can see why Having a Massive train on your side in a fight would be useful" Carol said "I can also see why Doomtrain is an appropriate name"

"A CVE is a Sort of Linkway, that can be opened between two Different universes or a universe and the space between Universes" Bill said "I'd show you one but Sir Nigel said that his CVE Primer has Isomorphic controls and it doesn't seem to work for me when I press the buttons, so a picture of one will have to suffice, after lunch of course"

"Ahh, I understand then. It's similar to the Dimensional Magic, Gate. Gate is a second level teleport spell, linking two points in space, permanently, or until the gate is removed. Gate at its highes can go between universes, or dimensions. Carol's been through a few gates. It's almost impossible to tell, but that's because the ones at the imperial castle are so well made." Pondera said.

"That Does sound like a shorter version of a CVE" He said "At Least you don't use Rip-Drives to travel the Multiverse"

"Oh Good heavens no, we use The Void." Pondera said.

By now, he was about half-way through his meal.

"I Can't tell you How Much trouble Primitive Rip-Drives have caused me over the years, people just reach that level of tech and think "Sod it, That'll do. What's the worst that could Happen"" Bill said, pausing to have some pie and Sip some wine "Then they Panic when Crack and Shard Storm Anomalies open up and start causing havoc and they come running to civilizations like this one for help"

"Fracture reality, you'll pay the price sooner or later." Pondera said.

Bill Nodded "Fortunately for most, those seem to be the only two types of anomaly, and while the damage by crack Anomalies can't be undone they can be closed, the shard storm anomalies aren't damaging but they can let a ton of weird stuff, but they can be closed to, you've just got to have the right tech to do so"

[Warhaven]

"There's a third type, our history is flooded with occurances of them. The Void is where Nothing exists. Not just a black hole, but complete holes in Reality, gateways to Nothingness, Their referred to as a Void Nexus. My Grandfather, Kajeenith, The Spirit of Nothingness, has absolute control over them. Thankfully, he's calmed down and no longer desires to utterly destroy everything for simply existing. I belive my father's birth had a role in that." Pondera said.

"Strange, We've not seen one of those, Perhaps they Only occur in your universe" Bill said

"Children Generally do Calm people down and lessen the desire to destroy everything" Agatha chuckled "Mainly because Kids can do it by themselves"

[Warhaven]

"Perhaps. I can cause one and show you if you like. Grandfather lets me have Master Control over his Void, there would be no damage." Pondera offered.

By now, he was three quarters of the way through.

"Perhaps not today, at the Weekend Major Anomalies take a back burner to Enjoyment" Bill said
