Two Aliens, One Planet (FT, intro)

Postby Kentauroi » Sun Dec 12, 2010 8:26 am

Asulo was its name. A small rocky planet with an oxygen/nitrogen atmosphere, it orbited a yellow star at that magical range that allowed for life to sprout from the ground and flourish with ease. Far removed from the affairs that dominated galactic affairs, including the borders of any advanced interstellar empire, it was an isolated little slice of paradise in an otherwise cold region of the galaxy.

Upon its surface a small colony was growing. The (somewhat) nomadic Kentauroi had once again decided to settle for a time on solid ground, as they tended to do every few decades when the younger generations grew to power and grew tired with life aboard their cityship. After a while of course, they would grow tired of remaining in one place for too long instead, and would re-board their orbiting home and fly off to nowhere in particular, but for now - they called Asulo home.

And of all the planets they had called home, for their millennia of wanderings, Asulo was perhaps the most lovely. Unspoiled by intelligent life, it was possessed of a largely temperate climate, with the exception of the equatorial and polar regions, and populated primarily by vegetation and herbivores, with few large predators. Mountain ranges did exist on some of the continents, but rolling plains and thick, lush forests tended to be the order of the day, and an occasional midnight rain ensured that the green remained rich. For many people, the nature-loving Kentauroi in particular, it could be considered perfect.

The Kentauroi were doing their best not to damage that, too. While in orbit of the world was a hyper-advanced ship so large that their entire population could reside aboard in supreme comfort, their colony on the surface was comparatively primitive. Their numerous, growing towns were constructed entire of natural materials that they could find growing around them, their food was all grown on the new farms they had set up some distance away, and there was no sign of infrastructure such as electrical grids or sewage systems. The past colonies of the Kentauroi took many forms, but this was certainly the most rustic.

Indeed, only their moderately-sized cruiser, which lay several miles from their city, one of many which still remained aboard their mothership above, provided any evidence that they were actually a highly technologically advanced society. But aside from its subspace transceiver array and its sensor pallet, both of which were required in order to keep in contact with their automated home above and to keep an eye on their surroundings, it was thoroughly dormant. On a daily basis, a citizen of the nearby capital town took a turn maintaining a shift aboard the cruiser, to keep an eye on its systems.

Typically, a boring job. Until today. Dianthe hated her turns aboard the cruiser, but she had been repeatedly told that it was necessary. That didn't negate the sense of boredom, nor the claustrophobia she suffered from its dimly lit, highly spartan interior. But when a transmission arrived, the first since their arrival on Asulo, followed by bizarre sensor readings several hundred lightyears away, she began to understand why it was necessary.

The sensors showed that... something had appeared near the edge of the galaxy. Whatever it was, it was huge, and followed by a simple signal, distributed in many languages - "You have two solar days to leave your planet." It did not appear to be directed at anybody, and its signal strength was immense, but Dianthe felt a sickening sensation in her stomach when she saw that it came attached with coordinates; coordinates which pointed directly at Asulo.

***

Entering the officially-recognised border of the Milky Way, after a vast journey across intergalactic space, the large object maintained a steady course towards the isolated world known as Asulo. It appeared to be moving under its own steam, but it was unusually featureless. A perfectly smooth (so smooth that even the most powerful of sensors could not detect any imperfections) shell formed an irregularly-shaped spheroid that measured well over two hundred kilometres in diameter from its most distant points. Sensors could not penetrate this dull brown shell, and there appeared to be no form of openings or doors anywhere on its surface, at least none that could be seen or detected. There did not even appear to be engine nacelles or weapons emplacements of any kind; just a vast, smooth, featureless shell.

It maintained a steady speed towards Asulo. Assuming it did not change its speed, it would arrive in just over two Earth Standard days. What would transpire when it did, was not clear.

IC:
Rang Sha patrol ship - Quest
Milky way patrol

Quest moved slowly toward the milky way galaxy on a daily patrol. it was a relatively innovative ship built for a quick encounter and nothing else.Void Driver #7869 looked at his communications reader as he got closer to the spiral galaxy. It was a communication from another race. It was informing the inhabitants of this galaxy to leave. This was a sign of another imperialistic alien race but who would send such a thing and why? #7869 decided to contact home base and go further with his patrol to discover the source.

"Home base this is 7869 I am calling in for permission to lengthen patrol on the account of a strange alien transmission, respond"

"Home base here,7869 you are to proceed with diplomatic caution there is no need to start any conflict, over"

"7869 confirmed"

the Void powered up its ships thrusters and sped off in the direction of the transmission at the speed of light.

OOC: I figured a giant, mysterious object entering the galaxy from the great beyond and immediately ordering the inhabitants of a random planet to leave would garner some interest from the interstellar powers of the Milky Way on its own merits!

As will become apparent, even with all of their cruisers in operation and matter transportation systems picking up the slack, there's no way that the Kentauroi can evacuate well over a million people in the space of two days, and the naughty extra-galactic interlopers don't have friendly intentions.

Exu's Toridas.
Planet Exu's

High Templar Janzir Eye'd the Reports from the Observers around the Galaxy. Being as few as they were, The Lost Protoss of Exu's Did not wish to be caught off guard. If a threat was to rise, they would take it out before it could build and overwhelm them. they had learned that mistake when Auir had fallen. The reports where the normal kind. Galactic powers waging war on one another, trade, civilisation in all it's forms. Too many to go through. But one, From a far flung observer, had been brought to her Attention.

Something Huge and perfectly Spherical, Two hundred Kilometers accross, and moving quickly towards a world Inhabited by a Nomadic tribe of People's. the watcher had picked up a single signal. Leave the planet within two rotations. No other transmission had been sent and the large orb seemed to just keep going. What the major problem was, was that there was Absolutely no way that the Inhabitants could evacuate well over a million or so of it's people out of the way in time. While the Exu's Protoss had a No interferance policy, It had been abandond many years ago thanks to the now reduced numbers. less than ten thousand, Lesser Technological species could no longer be ignored. Allies could be sought. Exu's had the space to allow temporary settlement. It could be done.

After a long walk through Exu's Toridas, the Capital City and only dwelling area on the planet worthy of the name "city" Janzir arrived at her destination. The Templar Hall.
Inside Protoss warriors trained, Dragoon Exoskeletons where maintaned, the whole place throbbed with Psionic power. Eventually Janzir arrived at the Doorway she was looking for. The Executors Hall. Striding under the arch she examined the Executor.

Executor Tarrun was deep in meditation. Training his mind and soon his body. he looked up and gave off an aura of happiness "Ahh, Entaro Auir Janzir, you wish to speak to me about the reports you have recived?" Janzir gave a nod "Entaro Auir, Tarrun. Yes. It seems a race of people known as the Kentauroi have settled, much like us on a world to call their own. But a great entity approaches demanding they evict themselves rom this home. It does not seem to stop, and the Kentauroi will not be able to evacuate their people in time."

both Protoss stood silent for a few moments. they knew of such a ultimatum almost more than anyone when the Zerg had overrun auir and forced them to take a dangerous path, leaving them here, who knows where and when from the majority of their race.
Tarrun broke the Telepathic silence "You wish for us to dispatch a small fleet to assist them and bring them here temporarily. then relocate them somewhere else. With the Psionic warp matrix established we could easily do so. abstain from conflict if you can and take with you only a few carriers and Templar. Set up a forward base and we shall be ready on our end. You may pick your warriors, Executor Janzir." Janzir bowed quickly "Of course high Executor. My thanks."

Janzir left quickly and Gathered the Templar she wished. four Carries formed the core of her fleet. Two carried naught but the Robotic intercepters they where known for. One carried Several squadrons of Scout's and Phoenix's And one was loaded with a cargo of Warp Prism's.their Crystal computer core's imprinted with Probe's and enough resources to get a forward base going.

Standing on the Bridge Janzir eyed the three other Protoss. So advanced where the systems the crews were small. even for the mighty mothership's onyl one was needed for simple jumps. "set course for Asulo." the Templar around her nodded "Arrival in Several Minute's, Activating Warp Drive."

Three cloaked cruisers floated amid the nothingness of space. They weren't pirates, to be exact, although the role they played was similar. They were more along the lines of privateers; government sanctioned economic raiders. As they floated, scanners caught a short data emission burst from a nearby entity. Finally, something of interest for a very bored raiding party. Without a second thought, they peeled off into a line and rocketed off towards the source of the data emission burst. The first ripped a hole in the universe and jumped into the void of a black hole. Shortly after the third jumped through the hole collapsed, leaving no sign of the tear.

The raiding party was rocketed out of the corresponding white hole directly above the entity. It was like nothing the Solarians had seen before; sensors revealed that it had some sort of advanced scanner, as well as the device that had launched the data emission. The raiding party launched their own message, asking for commands on how to deal with the entity. After a confirmation for immediate destruction, the cruisers launched a pair of EMP missiles. The orders were to destroy any form of relay node found in the area; they didn't want to deal with any kind of larger outside force disrupting with regional operations. The whole region was going to go dark.

Rang Sha Patrol ship - Quest

After contacting home base the scout ship moved closer piloted by one Void it was a very small ship, called the Hornet..
Image

An extreme stealth ship for the void it moved closer to the transmission. The Pilot 7869 decided it was best to investigate the transmission further. It zoomed straight to the co-ordinates and turned on all scanners, even deploying the drone from the back of the ship, it of course did not have weaponry to fight any space craft and was merely patrolling this area for recon duties to monitor the nations of the milky way galaxy. After making sure the ship was completely undetectable by sight and all forms of radar, 7869 watched what he thought was a ship on his radar. It bliped and it turned on tuning devices to read all communications this ship was having, 7869 would find out what nation this was and he would report back all information gathered.

Observer 20105.

The Small craft was perhaps only a few meters in length, but such was the technology of the Protoss that the Observer could detect Zerg spores in a lone human from high orbit from a planet that billions of it's kin resided upon. The advanced array detected the arrival of the other craft, picked up a short signal and blithly sat motionless. for all it's sensor power, The Observer was a brainless, Highly advanced Droid. If it had been a battlefeild drone it would have had a cloack. but for deep space recon, it had been fitted with a tiny warp drive. Devoid of weapons and only minimal sheilding the small probe stood no chance at all. All of it's systems fried and destroyed when the EMP missiles hit. Breaking apart the small drone simply became mere floatsam and jetsam in space...

El'Hanna. Protoss Carrier.

The four carriers Appeared over Asulo with a triple flash each and the visual feeling of extreme speed slowing to nothing. Executor Janzir eyed the world through the many screens and drew herself up. Opening a Hail channel she directed it towards the Kentauroi, not caring who answered. the observer had picked up their transmissions and gave her a rough idea of how to translate to them. she would have smiled if she had a mouth, It was always good to put the other in awe of yourself.

"People of the Kentauroi, I am Executor Janzir of the Protoss of Exu's. We can help you evacuate your citizens to a safe haven, Though i request that we be allowed to establish a forward outpost to help with this matter. your time is limited and you have few options. We do not mean any harm."

One of the templar, Unneeded because even in combat a carrier only needed one crewman, spoke to her "Executor, Our observer in this region is lost, it has stopped transmitting, it appears a hostile power has taken it out. It's last readings were of a small flotillia of ship's. three cruiser class before being fired upon with two EMP missiles." Janzir gave off a feeling of concern. "Vulture's and scavengers i will assume, We must be on our guard lest they try to disrupt our operations. Release a squadron of five scout's, I want them to patrol the immediate area for trouble. They are only to engauge if they have no choice, we cannot afford for them to throw away their lives recklessly."

Of course Executor. by your will.

Outside, One carrier deployed five Protoss scout's. As the name suggested, these single seater fighter craft were designed to act as pointguard's and scout craft for the Protoss fleet, But due to the technological prowess of the Protoss, The Scout was a formidable combatant dispite it's given role compared to the less technologically advanced. the scout craft began a patrol flight. keeping distance from the huge city ship. they wernt here to take live's, but to save them.

"That's all?"

"Yes," Dianthe nodded, tapping her forward-right foot on the soft, well-trodden ground nervously. She had awoken the entire Assembly, who now stood in the darkened town square in their nightwear with mixed expressions of concern and frustration. Two of them held torches - not the sophisticated, electro-techno-babble kind of torches one might have expected, but sticks of wood with flaming rags on the end. They cast a flickering orange light across the square, with the long shadows of those present stretching right up to the surrounding buildings. Many lights now flickered in the houses nearby, as people awoke and became curious as to what was going on.

"And you are certain that the coordinates point to this planet?" spoke the gruff voice of Simonides of Kedoi, the Basileus - leader of the Kentauroi. "Perhaps they just point to another planet in this system."

"Not so, sir," Dianthe shook her head, her black hair flailing wildly. "Palinouros said that the coordinates were definitely here; they even accomodated for Asulo's orbit path!"

Simonides nodded solemnly, glancing at the nine subordinate Archons with a knowing expression. "Very well Dianthe. Tend to your family."

She nodded, and quickly trotted away, keen to be free from the drama.

"Assemble a crew," Simonides said to the others. "Archon Ambrosius, you shall command Palinouros. Reawaken Centaurus. She shall be better able to determine that which we are dealing with."

"It shall be done, Basileus," Ambrosius said.

***

Exchanging the rustic, peaceful life of Asulo for the sterile, technological claustrophobia of their cruiser was never an easy transition. As the large cruiser Palinouros was fully-activated, the ground around them seemed to shake as her large bulk rose from the soil, displacing turf that had started to grow at the edges of her hull and blasting the surrounding grassland flat. Her exhaustless engines easily removed the three-hundred-metre craft from the ground and she tackled the gravity of Asulo effortlessly. Before long, she was above the atmosphere.

"Status?" Ambrosius enquired, worried that the ship may have suffered degradation having been planet-side and dormant for so long.

"I am fine, Archon, thank you for asking," Palinouros responded in a saintly, ethereal voice. "I look forward to rejoining Centaurus after all this time. She should be visible from the forward viewports momentarily."

"Excellent," Ambrosius nodded. He nodded to his senior officer, one of the twelve crew members who had been forced to re-equip their old uniforms as they resumed their duties in space, hopefully temporarily. Receiving a satisfied nod in return, Ambrosius turned his attentions to the forward viewport. After much squinting, he finally caught sight of their destination - Centaurus.

Elegant and yet imposing, she hung in the sky like a beautifully-crafted fortress, seemingly unscathed by her stint of inactivity. A pearlescent shade of blue and green, much of her mass consisted of a curvaceous, flattened core, somewhat reminiscent of a bulging heart shape, and was constructed from immensely strong exotic alloys. From the top of this sprouted numerous spires and pylons, each as tall as a small skyscraper.

It was a city in space, as vast as it was beautiful and capable of housing far more than their paltry population consisted of. However pleased Ambrosius was to live on Asulo, Centaurus was always a welcome sight.

"Centaurus has sensed my approach, Archon, and bids us welcome," Palinouros said, with a hint of satisfaction in her voice. "She has restored life support in anticipation of your embarkation."

"Very good Palinouros, thank you," Ambrosius spoke up, his distraction abated. "Take us in."

***

Palinouros was not without aesthetic charm herself. From bow to stern, her three-hundred-metre frame appeared to have been sculpted from clay rather than rivetted together. Long and curved in a crescent-moon shape at the rear, and slowly tapering off into a near-point at the bow, her similarly-coloured paintwork glimmered as she left the shadow of Asulo and performed a back-flip on approach to her mothership, presenting her stern towards what appeared to be a docking area. Closer examination revealed that at least seven other similar cruisers – tiny in comparison - were already docked with Centaurus at equidistant points around her main core, and one slot remained. Palinouros was reversing straight towards it, until finally clipping into place and becoming flush with the much larger vessel's hull as though she had always been an integral part of it.

With little drama, nor high-budget special effects, she was docked, and appeared to become dormant again.

***

Ambrosius and his crew hurried their way through the marble-white corridors, elegantly traced with gold patterns and dimly-lit from what seemed to be emergency lighting, towards the main command centre. Everything was offline.

"Centaurus, are you there?" he called out, as he reached a raised level of the multi-tier, cavernous room.

"Hello Polemarch Ambrosius, it has been a long time," came a wizened voice, soothing and yet powerful all in one tone.

"Yes it has, Centaurus," Ambrosius replied. "I am an Archon now. Are you in good repair?"

"Congratulations, Archon," Centaurus replied. "Yes, I am well."

"Good," he nodded. "We need you to reawaken; there is a situation befalling us and we need your help."

"I know, Archon, Palinouros has rejoined me and I know all that has happened," she said. "I shall endeavour to help you however I can."

At that, humming sounds kicked into life. Lights came back on, terminals flashed into operation and the entire hull began to glow with light as powerful shields surrounded it.

"I am now awake, Archon," Centaurus said after a long pause. "Tactical alert: unknown mass detected on intercept course; ETA 1.89 standard Asulo days. Tactical alert: unknown ships detected near planet designated 'Asulo'; distance seven-hundred-thousand kilometres to starboard. Alert: incoming transmission has been detected from unknown ships."

Ambrosius looked towards Epiktetos with confusion. "Ships? That's new."

"They must have arrived after we docked," Epiktetos shrugged, and looked towards a holographic display. "It looks like a small fleet has arrived. And there are some other ships near to the originating mass of the signal. The ships here at Asulo are the ones signalling. None of them are registered in the knowledgebase."

"Centaurus, play the transition," Ambrosius ordered.

"Yes, Archon: "People of the Kentauroi, I am Executor Janzir of the Protoss of Exu's. We can help you evacuate your citizens to a safe haven, Though i request that we be allowed to establish a forward outpost to help with this matter. your time is limited and you have few options. We do not mean any harm." That is all they have said."

"Did he say he was an executioner?" Epiktetos asked.

"He said 'executor'," Ambrosius said with a wry glance, recognising the sarcasm in his comrade. "I wonder how they know who we are, if we know not of them..."

"I would be more concerned about what is meant by a 'forward outpost', and where they intend to place such," Epiktetos suggested in a more serious tone.

"We know not of what we deal with yet, if they want to help then they can," Ambrosius said. "That does not mean we need to trust them entirely. Let us not forget why our people left civilised space in the first place, hmm? Centaurus, transmit a reply to these 'Exu' people."

Centaurus Cityship wrote:Executor Janzir of the Exu's, you now speak with Archon Ambrosius of Phrearrhioi; as an Archon, I can speak for the Kentauroi in this matter.

Your offer of help is met with appreciation. We hope to placate this problem without abandoning Asulo, this world which has become our home over this past decade. Evacuating our entire poulation would be problematic at best in any event. We soon seek to make contact with the mass that threatens our new home to determine its intent. You are welcome to make such an attempt on your own.

Please elaborate on what is intended by 'forward outpost'.

Over.

"Epiktetos, work with Centaurus to determine what this mass is, and have communications equipment transported to the Basileus, to keep him apprised," Ambrosius instructed his direct subordinate. "Centaurus, have Palinouros prepared to depart once more, for I intend to investigate our threat more directly."

Void Fleet "Discovery"
Main ship- "Star Forge"
Composer
1 Shimmering Blade Gatherer Class Cruiser
2 Shimmering Blade Adept Class Cruisers
3 Arrow Adept Class Frigates

The Void battle fleet approached the milky way system as it followed the hornet scout ship Quest's signal. They would send a signal for the ship to return to the main fleet obviously they could not find the source of the transmission so they would have to go to the planet the transmission was sent to.

"Alright 7869,you may return to fleet for docking your patrol is over" Announced #580 over the communications. #580 was an old general and this cloned version of his past self was still the same thanks to memory transplantation. He watched the empty space that surrounded him. Then Quest appeared and docked in the ship Star Forge. 580 then announced to the crew "Alright Quest is docked let us proceed to the planet, keep standard formation". The ships sped off into space towards the planet.

El'Hanna. Protoss Carrier.

One of the Templar Spoke "Transmission received Executor, We are picking up a return signal."

"Executor Janzir of the Exu's, you now speak with Archon Ambrosius of Phrearrhioi; as an Archon, I can speak for the Kentauroi in this matter.
Your offer of help is met with appreciation. We hope to placate this problem without abandoning Asulo, this world which has become our home over this past decade. Over."

Janzir eyed the transmission if she had a mouth she would have frowned. Instead she knitted her for want of a better word "eyebrows" in thought. "They seek peace. How will they placate something the size of their world? It can simply take what it wants." Time ticked by as she thought of a response.

"Archon Ambrosius of Phrearrhoi, Thank you for replying to my transmission. What is meant by forward outpost is a village of prefabricated structures with our psionic matrix technology linking to our homeworld of Exu's. This will allow your people to leave should your negotiations prove futile. Should your negotiations fail you will have lost time in evacuating. and we are willign to help with that. should it all go well then we shall withdraw. Until then we will prepare for the worst case scenario, you may also wish to be warned about several ships we have identified as possible looters and scavengers, they may seek to cause you harm."

finishing the transmission Janzir turned to the Templar "Release the warp Prism's. Establish a base in the wilderness away from anywhere that could be considered hostile to approach, Nexus, Gateway's and stargate's should it all be needed. Once they are built upload the specifications for warpgates. a gateway is too narrow for amss exodus. construct pylons if you must but be sure to be ready to deconstruct the buildings for transport back to Exu's. I will warp down once it is established."

"As you wish executor"

Janzir continued "Release Two more squadrons, Phoenix fighters to escort the warp prisim's and provide cover until a templar garrison can be warped in."one of the other Templar got on issuing those orders as Janzir watched the Actions take place.

Outside the carrier twelve warp Prism's flew from the carrier towards the planet, Ten phoenix fighters accompanied them Planetside. A fair distance way from any population centre, but not far enough as to make evacuation a logistical pain The Warp prism's began their drop. It was a strange way of transport, Living and non living material was transformed into energy by the warp prism's crystal core. It then saved the uniqe signature for storage and when the time came to disgourge the energy the finely tuned crystal core returned it to it's origional state, No more worse for wear. The twelve prisims disgourged a fleet of Robotic drones and large pallets of crystalized minerals and square chunks of gas, kept in check by complicated containment feilds.

Around thirty six robotic probes began the manufacture and placing of Micro warp beacons, In a strateigic pattern around the area. warping in Prefabiricated structures from Exu's. It was a matter of minutes until the buildings would appear. Until that time the Probes sat vacant as the two squads of Phoenix's patrolled the immediate area.

Void Fleet- Discovery
Main ship - Star Forge

The Void fleet slowly approached the planet were the transmission was projected. Yet stopping radar noticed a fleet already hovering around the planet. "Sir" aid a crew member "There is a fleet in orbit around this planet, what shall we do?" 580 snarled "Contact them maybe we can finally get some answers to what has been going on in this primitive system" the crew member turned back to the control panel of the ship.

The communications panel opened up and 580 leaned over in his command chair to the commun. "Hailing cruiser" announced another crew member, commotion stirred the bridge of the ship. "Cruiser locked" announced another crew member. Then a signal was given and 580 started his transmission.

Code: Select all
Hail alien fleet, I am Gatherer 580, of the Void fleet Discovery, Captain of the ship Star Forge. I have come to request information regarding a communications relay, I suggest that under Rang Sha law you should stand bye as we approach, please make contact back or we will assume you are preparing hostile measures. I regard that you inform us directly immediately or your unregistered fleet in this sector will be reported, I am speaking of course in the name of the Emperor of Rang Sha and I have legal authority to declare conflict if you do not meet our demands. The well being of this galaxy and this planet may be well under risk. You have 1 hour to respond.

The commander then turned around "Alright bring us closer so that at least we can deal with any situations or problems that may arise." the main engines fired up as the fleet approached the aline vessels. The commander sat there looking at the strange xenos vessels that lay in front of him,he had encountered many a human ship and found that the Void were superior, but these ships were not human. He hoped for their sake they recognized Void law which governed the area,or drastic actions would have to be taken.

El'Hanna. Protoss Carrier

Janzir's Nerve cords Flared, a sign of contempt amoung the protoss. "Who are they to demand this of us? They have no authority here, this Area belongs to the Kentauroi and not to them." With a slashing motion she pointed at One of the templar "Open the Hail, we shall sort their arrogance."

"Gatherer 580, We will do no such thing as Stand by. You yourself are unregistered with the Kentauroi who's immediate space you now occupy, Declaring conflict with us is not a wise idea. We are well aware of the approaching Orb and have begun taking measure's to ensure the survival of some Kentauroi should their negotiations fail. Rang sha law has no place in the space of the Kentauroi. Do not assume so Again should you wish to incurr our wrath. however, should you wish to deal with the approaching Orb yourself Then you may, I and my Templar will not interfere."

Turnign to the Three Templar again Janzir began issuing Orders "Ready the Interceptor's. As we have dropped our warp Prism's we can begin manufacture Tell the other carrier's to do the same. Tell the Bel'Tossa to have all Pilot's ready to launch and have the Scout's keep their distance for now. Order the Stargate on the planet below to begin warping in Void Ray's, It is possibl we may need them, but keep our planetside garrison to a minimum. We do not want the Kentauroi to think we are invading them."

"As you command Executor."

Planetside outpost.

The structures now fully warped in, warmed up and began to warp in support unit's of their own. The Stargate spun as a Void ray was transferred into it's Psionic Warp matrix, all the way from Exu's and began reconstruction. The gateway's on the other hand began a dribble of sentry Drone's and a few Zealot's, Numbering perhaps twenty in all, before shutting down once more as the Warpgate schematics was uploaded. Soon the gates would widen, allowing more than one Templar at a time to access this side. This also meant that should The Kentauroi wish to escape en Masse through them, then it was entirely possible to do so.

580 read the transmission and sighed things had changed since his species ruled the stars years ago. He looked at his scanners. He was trying to think of a way to approach this. "Alright then I see how it is,we shall just ignore them then, not like we actually still own this space any way, contact them again and tell them to not open fire and that we presumed that they were of the Empire and paid mind to such laws." the communes operator nodded reopening the channel. 580 did not want to start a fight with an alien species, especially one that was un aware of empire regulations and laws.

"reconnected,sending live transmission
Code: Select all
Greetings species from another star,I apologize we were under the impression that you were part of the empire and those who are must follow strict regulations so we can keep track of them,we are only here in this sector as a strange transmission threatening life has been transmitted and we Void have no tolerance for such declarations of war even remotely close to our space,I am guessing by the fact that you did not open fire you are not the villain we seek. I would advise you acknowledging regulation of this area and mind it,but other than that neither of our laws overlap the other. So I will be contacting the inhabitants of the planet soon.

End transmission

"Reccomend the ground base that the void rays will not be required after all. Allow one through but cease psionic warp in" Janzir walked out of the bridge with two of the three templar following "We will warp planetside, Keep me notified of any changes"

The pilot templar strapped on his flight suit, the holoscreens around the collar informing him of interceptor production and the whole manner of other things the ship needed to let him know.
"As you wish Executor."

Planetside one of the Warp Prism's opened up like a huge umbrella, connecting to the Warp matrix. Four large clear "box's" appeared two moving verticaly and two moving horizontaly, Two more of these appeared in mid air seemingly constructing the Two zealot's and Janzir out of the ether. Survaying the area Janzir nodded with approval "We will continue as planned."
