Astrogratis launches the intercept missiles.

The rogue missile turns out to be an Anti-Fortification ballistic and thereby nothing is harmed when it explodes over the Federal country side.

It wasnt a Nuke. It was something way more powerful, but much smaller.
Ever heard of annihilation? When Antimatter touches Matter?
The result is a tremendous explosion of light, and then the shockwaves cause the physical damage. But the submarines had minor damage done to them they are fine.
(Major damage to some of surface ships )

How on Earth would you get antimatter? You need particle accelerators... I will accept damage done to some smaller ships (AA ones) and light damage to submarines and heavier ships.

IC:
We would like to ask the gov't of Seculartopia where on Earth rebels managed to get hold of a functioning antimatter weapon, and then fire it successfully.

*the Dictator-President facepalms* :palm:

I am afraid it was a classified work of the Research Labs, with an underground particle accelerator. Over the years, the first prototype of an antimatter holding canister was developed.
Obviously, when the rebels broke into teh labs and seized the chlorine bombs, they must have made out with the canister, and put it in a missile.

Are these ruddy conservatives still not giving up?

Well, it's for the best really. The more harm that is done to socialism, the more steps can be taken on the road to eternal happiness.

We at Lansley are committed to a Nuclear free world (as Nuclear weaponry compromises the code) and so will generously offer 10 000 000 Shile to the cause of purging the air and land of radiation.

To: The Governments and Army Responsibles of: Seculartopia, Other Allied Powers
From: Ministry of Foreign Affairs. the Turkish Federation

The Republic of the Turkish Federation STRONGLY CONDEMNS all Allied Powers, including the concerned nation of Seculartopia. The cited reason is the use of ballistic missiles with nuclear weaponry against the separatist factions the Seculartopian Government fought, with the support of the Turkish Federation.

Our strongest condemnation is transferred to the Principality of Seculartopia. The sovereign nation of Seculartopia allowed the use of nuclear weaponry in its own soil in order to eradicate the conservative threat, defying international restrictions, endangering and ruining the life of his own citizens. The radioactive waste in the city of Sagan will take decades to clean, and whole generations will suffer from the effects. The Seculartopian Civil War will be a dirty scar in your nation's once proud history.

Other condemnations have been sent to all nations that used nuclear warheads, including the nation of Aegara. Other allied powers that did not use the warheads may ignore this message.

The Turkish Red Crescent has sent teams in Sagan, in order to help the survivors. When the TRC will send a general damage report, an international investigation will be opened, that may lead to an international case.

We do not want to harm your sovereignty, Seculartopia. Sovereignty is the most respected thing for us for any nation. But when you harm the citizens that are the pillars of that sovereignty, it is just wrong and an offense, an insult on your own populace.

Please know that we will not punish the nation. A Multibillion stimulus and recovery package is under way, and brigades of peacekeepers will be sent to ensure security.

Seculartopia would like to commend The Turkish Federation for its dedication to what is right, and being a great ally.

We understand the populace will suffer for a long time because of this Civil War. Investigation Teams are welcomed to enter Seculartopia, and present any evidence they find against or for us.

We ask that the Turkish Federation repeals its condemnations on other allies, they reacted only as they could have.

But, TFC, please hear us out. Reacting the way we did was harsh, but it was necessary to eliminate the threats of the rebellion. Much more losses would have occurred.

The Turkish Red Crescent
Report - Sagan, Seculartopia

The first HAZMAT teams arrived at Sagan at 1237 Hours by Helicopters and Armored Personal Vehicles. The first objective was to find any survivors from the strike. The government officially claimed they were evacuated, but it is highly unlikely, since Sagan was a conservative stronghold and the coalition didn't control it.

The first thing to notice was how nearly all buildings were destroyed or damaged. Constructions and supports were exposed to radioactivity. We estimate an amount around 70% of damage to buildings.

The first survivors were found under radioactive shelters. Extracted with the slightest precaution, they were successfully sent to be transferred to the large refugee camp on the outskirts of Secularpolis.

As we advanced to the central districts, the human disaster started to be more clear. Clouds of radioactive waste were covering the city, and all vegetation was evaporated. We found dozens of survivors. Hiding under buildings, underground, even under their clothes, desolation was everywhere.

We could easily see we arrived at the Town Center. A big crater replaced it. The Town Hall was not completely destroyed, but it was damaged enough to be unusable. Then we came across a desolating scape. Dozens of carbonated bodies. These were the bodies of the hundreds who hid inside the Town Hall. Pure carnage.

During a week, we visited all districts of the city and searched for survivors. We only found and successfully extracted around 10,378 survivors. We hope the number will increase with further missions.

CONCLUSION: The city of Sagan has been heavily damaged by nuclear fire. No evacuation has been done or the process was not complete. We fear hundreds of thousands may still be trapped under ruins or are suffering from radioactive sickness. This attack should definitely be opened to investigation by responsibles from the Turkish Federation.

The investigation occurred before a viable means of cleaning up the radioactivity could commence, i am afraid. The populous of Sagan will be decontaminated and undergo medical procedures for any who need them.
