Today would mark a special day, The Prime Minister of The Most Serene Republic of South Kirkcaldy, Ms. Komorowski, would pay a short visit to President Jonathan Roosevelt for a first biletaral meeting at President's Hall, the Office and Official Residence of the President. It would be the first meeting between the two Heads of Government from Noordeinde and South Kirkcaldy. While the President and the first Lady were still at home, preparing to welcome their guests, there was already a lot going on at The Hague Airforce base.

Shortly afther 11AM the Secretary of State arrived for a final inspection of the Guard of Honor and the Military band. Just making sure that everything looked perfect to welcome this esteemed guest of the President. While the troops stood along the red carpet awaiting the arrival of South Kirkcaldy's Prime Minister and her delegation, the Secretary of State and the Commander of the airbase payed a final inspection of the troops.

Shortly afther, the motorcade entered the tarmac and parked alongside the red carpet. A small delegation of both the Departments of State and from South Kirkcaldy's Embassy, including her Ambassador, disembarked from a bus in the back of the motorcade and made their way to the aircraft stairs, at the end of the Red Carpet, to gather with the Secretary of State. Whom was also send by the President to act as his representative in order to welcome South Kirkcaldy's Prime Minister to Noordeinde.

While the delegation could only wait for the arrival of Prime Minister Komorowski another Guard of Honor also patiently waited for the airplane to make it's final approach to the runway for the Official 21-gunsalute to the visiting dignitary. According to the flightcontroller in the tower it wouldn't take that long anymore before the plane would finnaly arrive, they waited anxiously for the plane to get in contact with them in order to land them safe.

Above The Hague Airforce Base, Noordeinde

"This is the 'Geneva 1866', we are requesting permission to land, we have Prime Minister Marla Komorowski aboard."This was spoken by Jack Hardie, an experienced pilot whose career had spanned decades, he had been the personal pilot for the Prime Minister of South Kirkcaldy for over ten years. He eagerly awaited his first visit to Noordeinde.

In the cabin of the small private jet the newly invested Prime Minister, Marla Komorowski, hurriedly reviewed her notes; within hours of becoming Prime Minister she was already on her way to her first bi-lateral meeting. The normally cool Komorowski was racked by nervousness over her first experience with international diplomacy. She knew so little about Noordeinde, only that they could be a potential ally and friend. She hoped that today would be a success.

As the plane swept under the clouds, the the gleaming city of The Hague came into view of the plane.

You sound like a nice friend, but since I am 19, it wouldn't really work out well legally.

Plus, I doubt your bisexual, thus making it nigh impossible for us to date.

Afther first contact was made with the South Kirkaldyan plane everything suddenly became real. A Secret Service Lieutenant, whom was in the tower, picked-up his radio immediatley and informed all field agents securing the perimeter about the plane comming in. The order he gave was pretty simple: To stay on stand-by and be on the lookout for anything suspicious outside the airbase.

In the meanwhile a military airman responded to the Prime Ministers plane: 'This is The Hague Airforce Base for flight Geneva 1866. You are cleared to land. Stay on this course and continue to descent. The airway is yours, Over.'

While the plane was comming in the welcome commitee prepared as well. Everyone lined up along the red carpet to welcome the honorable Prime Minister Marla Komorowski of South Kirkcaldy. First in line was Secretary of State Sir Louis Wilson, whom was appointed to act as the President's Representative in order to welcome Prime Minister Komorowski. And thoug he was a former High ranking Diplomat to the WA and now the Secretary of State he was somehow still anxious to welcome the Prime Minister and her delegation.

The plane skidded to a stop upon the airstrip. As the boarding ramp extended, the Prime Minister became visible. Marla Komorowski, known for her outrageous fashions, became vibrantly clear in her bright blue ensemble.

Stepping onto the runway amid all the festivities awaiting her arrival, Komorowski approached the Secretary of State with a large smile. She grasped his hand and with sincerity said, "It's great to finally be here." Her nerves seemed to have disappeared, either that or she just a brilliant actress.

While the Prime Minister's plane touched down on the runway the order was given to the Royal Noordeindian Artillery Guard of Honor, whom stood along the runway, to fire a 21-gunsalute to welcome Ms. Komorowski to Noordeinde.

At the end of the runway an armored suv of the Royal Noordeindian Military Police 'picked up' the plane and lead it over the platform to the tarmac where the Secretary of State and his delegation were awaiting the Prime Minister's arrival.

When she eventually disembarked from the plane he approached Ms. Komorowski and offered his hand for a firm handshake and welcomed her to Noordeinde: 'Madam Prime Minister it's an honor having you here! Welcome to Noordeinde, I hope you had a smooth flight to our country?'

Both highranking officials walked along the Guard of Honor that stood along the first part of the red carpet before they reached both delegations of the Department of State and the Embassy of South Kirkcaldy. The Secretary of State continued: 'Madam Prime Minister, may I introduce you to a few of my dearest staffmembers?'.

The Secretary of State introduced his staffmembers to the Prime Ministers before they headed for the waiting motorcade. An Officer of the Royal Noordeindian Secret Service opened the door of the Limousine for the Prime Minister in order for her to step into the car.

Prime Minister Komorowski shook Wilson's hand, "It was a wonderful flight, thank you for asking. Now, if we may be on our way to the Presidential Palace?"

Komorowski smiled at the guard politely holding the limousine door for her before shooting one last glance at the beautiful and honourable welcome she had just received. She hoped that Wilson didn't think she was being rude, she was simply a woman with a mission, that was to meet President Roosevelt. Hoping to eliminate all possible misunderstanding, Komorowski quickly added, "Please don't find my manners to be standoffish, Mister Secretary, I'm simply a bit nervous about my first meeting with your president. I hope that things are very fruitful and that this is the beginning of a long and peaceful friendship."

'I'm glad to hear that ma'm. It happened me on various occasions that I arrived at some conference and disembarked from my plane feeling sick due to the turbulence. So I'm glad you had a good flight.'

The Secretary of State continued: 'And it's no problem ma'm. I can understand that you are a bit nervous for the meeting with President Roosevelt. Well let me at least tell you that the President is a man whom is very down to earth and actually fun to be around with. Well enjoy your ride to President's Hall. And once more again it's an honor having you here!'

The Secretary offered his hand for a firm handshake with the Prime Minister before the Secret Service Agent closed the door of the Limousine. In the meanwhile members of the Press Corps, both domnestic as foreign, were escorted to a bus in the back of the motorcade. When everyone was onboard of his or her designated vehicle the motorcade headed for the exit of the airbase. In front of the Limousine drove a motorcycle escort Guard of Honor of the Royal Noordeindian Military Police consisting out of of 17 motorcycles (1 Commander + 16 MP Officers)

While the motorcade made it's way to the exit of the airbase other police motorcycles closed the entire route and and it's intersections in order to let the motorcade pass quickly. Afther approximately 20 minutes the motorcade entered the premisses of President's Hall.

Down the stairs layed a red carpet where the Limousine stopped. On both sides of the Limousine stood a Marine whom opened both backdoors of the Limousine in order to let the Prime Minister disembark from the car. On top of the stairs stood President Roosevelt, awaiting Prime Minister Komorowski's arrival. He had a big smile on his face while watching the Prime Minister arrive.

After stepping out of the limousine at the President's Hall, Prime Minister Komorowski admired the pomp and circumstance that awaited her arrival. It was unusual in South Kirkcaldy to have soldiers awaiting the visiting dignitaries. She was quite impressed.

Komorowski strolled confidently towards the President, past the statuesque marines. By this time her nerves had subsided and her usual confidence and vigor had returned. She eagerly grasped Roosevelt's hand and said with a large smile, "The Secretary of State tells me you're a modest man, I think we'll get along just fine. Shall we greet the press or are we heading directly to your office?"

President's Hall 11.57 AM, Noordeinde

President Roosevelt walked down a few stairs in order to welcome Prime Minister Komorowski to President's Hall. He offered his hand to the Prime Minister:

'Madam Prime Minister, good to have you here! It's really nice to finnaly meet with you and welcome to Noordeinde. I'm pretty sure myself to that we will indeed get along fine with eachother. I hope you are a little hungry because my wife, the first Lady, has prepared a marvelous informal lunch? And afther that I'll take you to my Office for the official talks so to say.' The President smiled.

He continued: 'Afther that we can have a Press conference for all members of the Noordeindian and ofcourse the South Kirkcaldyan Press that traveled along with you to Noordeinde. Well let's wave to them for a moment and let's head in then. Noordeindian winters are quite cold.' The President laughed for a second.

The President accompannied the Prime Minster to the 'Green Room' where the first Lady awaited Ms. Komorowski together with a beautifull buffet. The President introduced his wife: 'Madam Prime Minister this is my wife Jenny Roosevelt.'

She made a little bow and greeter her: 'Your Excellency, Nice to meet you! And welcome to President's Hall. I've taken care of a delicious lunch. I hope you like it? Well let's sit down shouldn't we?'

The Prime Minister, who was used to a much warmer climate, eagerly rushed up the stairs into the Presidential Hall. She gave one last wave to the press before disappearing inside.

"Lunch would be brilliant right now,"Komorowski laughed, "I am a bit hungry after the long flight, now that I think about it." The agenda seemed quite good to her: lunch, meeting, then press conference.

Arriving in the dining room, Komorowski smiled and shook the First Lady's hand, "You've quite a lovely wife, Mr. President." Turning to Mrs. Roosevelt, she said, "Thank you for this lovely meal, my visit has been quite hospitable so far"she said, taking a seat at the table.

She was quite impressed by the First Couple, they knew how to entertain foreign dignitaries without losing their sense of humbleness, she thought to herself.

'Thank you Madam Prime Minister, she is indeed lovely. She has always been my biggest supporter. Wheter I runned for the House of Representatives, The Mayor's Office or during the Presidential elections she was always there for me when I needed her the most.' Roosevelt gave Jenny a little kiss on her cheek. Making Jenny smile. 'It's true' she said while laughing for a moment.

All three of them sat down on their chairs around the table while lunch was being served by the waiting staff. Various plates with all sorts of delicious homemade french sandwiches were put on the table.

The first Lady continued: 'Madam Prime Minister, or may I say Marla? So who did you bring along during what I've heared is your first diplomatic visit to a foreign country as Prime Minister?'

The first Lady was always interested in friends and family or close staffmembers of highranking government officials because she knew how important those people were. Just like she knew that her husband couldn't be on the job without her support.

The affection of the couple made Komorowski smile.

Sitting down at the table, she replied to Jenny, "Marla is quite fine, I like being a bit informal when it comes to these sorts of things, it alleviates the stress. To answer your question, the only things I brought with me, aside from the usual items a diplomat would bring with them, are some rough drafts of an alliance and a small trade treaty, once again a rough draft. I hope this isn't too presumptuous, Mr. President." Marla continued her sandwich, she'd been too busy preparing and had forgotten to eat that morning, this was a welcome snack.

'You may just call me John, Marla. Like all my friends do. And I certainly don't think it's presumptuous at all. I actually think it's good topic for discussion later on during the formal meeting of later on today.' The President said with a smile.

He continued: 'I was also wondering, I've heared of the assasination attempt upon now former Prime Minister Monat a few months ago. Do you live under extra protected circumstances eversince you've become Prime Minister? And do you have like a personal security detail, an armored car etc. at home back in South Kirkcaldy?'

The first Lady added: 'I also hope the security detail assigned to you here in Noordeinde from His Royal Majesty's Noordeindian Secret Service didn't bother you to much? Because we ofcourse don't want anything to happen to you. Although I know myself how hard it is to live with bodyguards around you 24/7.' She smiled and took a bite from her sandwich. She found the Prime Minister such a lovely women. She could understand why people already called her a people's Prime Minister. Because though she was the Prime Minister she was still so normal.

"Thank you John, I was worried whether or not I should have so boldly announced my intentions for the day."She laughed and took another bite of her sandwich. "Well, the assassination attempt on Prime Minister Monat was quite an interesting time. You see it was the only time in our history that an assassination attempt has come that close to succeeding. There has been increased security after that, I am quite well looked after, just not very conspicuously, there are always guards near me but they try to be discreet so I can lead as normal a life as possible. Thank you both for your concerns over my safety, though, it's much appreciated."

She waited for the First Couple to finish their meal and then inquired, "I suppose it's time for us to be getting on to our meetings, John, the day can't be all stress free I suppose" she laughed again.

'That sounds like a good idea to me' The President said with a smile. The three stood-up from their chairs and walked to the entry of the 'Green Room' The first Lady said her goodbyes at the door to the Prime Minister: 'Well Madam Prime Minister it was an honor having met you. I'll hope the meeting with my husband will be very fruitfull and I'd like to wish you all the best during your career as Prime Minister.' She made a little bow and smiled.

A Military aide of the President escorted the couple to the President's Office while carrying his bags with documents for the meeting.

Afther walking for a few minutes through the hallways of President's Hall, the couple then finnaly reached the office of the President. 'Well welcome to my office I would say!' The President smiled and he continued: 'Please make yourself comfortable and feel like home.'

The Military aide layed down the two bags with the documents next to the chair where the President sat down, next to the couch where the Prime Minister could sit down comfortably. 'Well let's start shouldn't we? 'Well Marla before I start with all kind of topics, I'd like to know if their are certain points of discussion or subjects you would like to start of with, since you came down here pretty well prepared?' The President eagerly asked.

After saying goodbye to the First Lady, Komorowski sat down on the plush sofa and began to take out her documents.

"Well, I'd like to begin with negotiations on an alliance, both economically and militarily. The South Kirkcaldy military rarely gets involved in international disputes, but we'd oike our Noordeinde friends to know that we fully support them and that we will stand by them if they are wrongly attacked. Economics is a bit trickier, though, perhaps we should first discuss what you'd like to see in terms of an economic relationship between our nations. I don't care what we start with, but one of those two topics would be my first choice."

Marla sat back, smiled, and waited for the president to speak.

'I see' the President said and he continued: 'Well let's start about military co-operation. Though Noordeinde isn't involved in any conflict at the moment, well at least not by chosing sides so to say, we are still very much a world power when speaking about states their militaries. At the moment we have over 1 million men and women in uniform stationed throughout the entire world serving our country. Their job is simply said to assist States enforcing peace and justice. And to protect the innocent citizens during conflict situations. For example in peacekeeping operations'

'Examples of these kind of operations are our peacekeeping missions in Bosia, or the former Yugoslavia. Anti-Piracy operations near the horn of Africa and Somalia. And last but not least our Military and Police training in both Afghanistan and Iraq. And my policy on participating in these military operations is therfore also based on one of my dearest principles.'

'I call it the 3D Strategy: Diplomacy, Development and Defense. First in line is Diplomacy because I believe all conflicts could and actually should be solved by just taking the time to talk to eachother. Second in line is Development. When I send my dear troops into a mission area I don't want them to be seen as conquerers in the many locations they serve. So I feel commited to help locals by letting the military help with for example building schools, hospitals, wells etc...'

'And last but not least is Defense. Defense or use of force is only authorised by me as the Commander in Chief of the Royal Noordeindian Military whenever our troops or the people they take care of are under attack, or to enforce peace and justice whenever this is endangered by the enemy. And I therefore do absolutely not tolerate any unauthorised use of force without my permission.'

'But to get a litle more back on topic. The South Kirkcaldyan military could really help us if your Government would be willing to assist us in certain operation areas. For example in the gulf of Aden where we are fighting piracy in a joint international effort. We have multiple vessels and it's crews in that area that have already served for over half a year down there. And I would very much appriciate it if your government would be willing to send a frigate, destroyer or anything what so ever, in order for me to pull out these longserving troops. Because my problem at the moment is that I'm not having enough capacity to replace them while I sincerely grant them a christmas with their families. But at the same time we need to keep hunting down these pirates 24/7 in order to protect vessels of the world food program and also to protect eachothers economic interest.'

'Though I must say I really much appriciate it that South Kirkcaldy is willing to assist us during any wrongly attack upon the homeland. Luckelly Europeia is a very peacefull region.
' the President smiled and took a little sip of his glass of water.

'Well then speaking about economic co-operation. Well I'm very into open borders and open and free trade. That's actually crucial for me and the Noordeindian people. Something I hope we do both agree with is that Noordeindian companies should be able to start a bussines in South Kirkcaldy and vica versa, what do you think?' The President eagerly asked, hoping the Prime Minister would agree with him.

Komorowski smiled, "I think it can be arranged so that your soldiers can be home for Christmas. I'll have to have our Defence Ministers confer with each other, but I wouldn't doubt it could be done. They deserve the rest!"She smiled before continuing, I tend to favour diplomacy over defence, a sentiment I see you share. I'm highly impressed with the idea of using your military to help underdeveloped nations, it's very admirable. Just for that reason I think that I'll have to work extra hard to get those troops home for the holidays. Her face lit up at the thought of a benevolent military.

At this point Komorowski sighed, "I hate to disappoint you, but I cannot agree with free trade. I'm truly sorry, but I don't believe in it, nor does South Kirkcaldy as a whole. A fair trade agreement would be highly acceptable to us, of course, however. Capitalism is illegal in South Kirkcaldy, it's one of the few things we're incredibly strict about. On the other hand, however, I can personally guarantee the passage of an open borders act through Parliament, I'd be more than happy to negotiate the fine details right now."She leaned back on the sofa and waited for President Roosevelt's response.

You sound like a nice friend, but since I am 19, it wouldn't really work out well legally.

Plus, I doubt your bisexual, thus making it nigh impossible for us to date.

'Well let me first thank you for your kind words about our Military. I can tell you that as the Commander in Chief I'm so proud that we were able to reform our Military from not only a 'Combat Machine' also into a 'Development Machine' in underdeveloped nations. Second I'd like to thank you for your kind word about my thoughts about diplomacy and I think it's great we share the same ideals about it. Third, and last but not least I'd like to thank you for your willingness and courage by replacing one of our vessels in the gulf of Aden. It's highly appriciated!' The President smiled and he continued:

'Well At this moment we have like four vessels active in that area: One frigate and One Destroyer. These vessels are mainly used to chase and arrest pirates when they try to hijack or attack a vessel or when ever they try to make a getaway. Furthermore they have a preventive role by patroling their designated area in order to scare of possible pirate attacks. Well said frigate with it's crew have served since June in that area and I'm so greatfull we can bring home these men and women in uniform. And that your Government is willing to make this sacrafice by replacing them'.

'And don't be scared they will be assisted by a great team of three other vessels. One other destroyer, an aircraftcarrier fully equiped with aircrafts whom's main task it is to patrol for possible pirate threats from the air. And last but certainly not least a submarine in order to gather intelligence about pirates where-abouts and other crucial information.' The President who's also the Commander in Chief said proudly of his troops.

'Then to our other agenda point, economic co-operation.' The President smiled while messing a little bit up with all his documents.

'Well I'm not dissapointed for the full 100%. My administration is actually reviewing the free market system because I prefer a more mixed economy type since a lot of bankers messed-up the economy and caused a world wide economic recession. And I therefore would like to have a little more grip on it.'

He continued: 'But a fair trade deal, and you Madam Prime Minister, guaranteeing me the passage of an open border act in South Kirkcaldy's parliament makes me quite a happy man as well.' The President grabbed a few of his documents with statistics from one of his bags.

'One of the reasons free and fair trade is that important to me has also to do with our country's economies. At this moment the WA classifies your economy as 'imploded', probably because South Kirkcaldy has been hit hard by the financial crisis. So I spoke with my Secretary of Commerce whom told me that by allowing free or a fair trade between our countries we could actually benefit both. Ofcourse our companies will profit because starting a bussines in South Kirkcaldy is quite cheap at the moment, with al do respect ofcourse. But on the other hand so does the South Kirkcaldyan economy profit because our companies invest in your economy, which is a good thing, and they also create jobs, which is even better.'

'This sounds pretty fair to me, though, I agree that if we decide to have a free or fair trade deal we should be very carefull with the details!' The President said with a lot of confidence.

"I'll have to confer with my Defence Minister on the specifics of sending replacement troops, but it's the least we can do to support our friends. Just because we're pacifists does not mean that we don't have a well trained military."Prime Minister Komorowski was quite pleased with how well negotiations were going.

"As I mentioned before, there's very many rules and regulations in place within South Kirkcaldy's economy, so the details of our trade agreements would have to meet all of those rules. That said, I doubt there will be any problems from us donating to each other's economy. As a matter of fact, believe that allowing you to join our industries would be beneficial to us both."With that, Komorowski began to formulate her last thought on the president's proposals, "An open borders act would allow our nations' relationship to flourish and I'd hope that you'd accept an agreement which would, with just some obvious exceptions to criminals, allow for us to have completely open borders with one-another."

The Prime Minister sat back, hoping she didn't sound like a rambling buffoon.

'I'm glad to hear that. I'm already anxious to get to know the result of your conversation with your brand new defense minister, of course. I sincerely hope that your administration will make the right decission. Though, I actually don't have any doubts about that. But I can insure you that you're able now to make quite some sailors real happy. It's just that we don't want to withdraw a vessel of ours without appropriate replacement because otherwise we're giving these pirates more space again to attack and possibly hijack any vessel(s) in order to demand and get a ransom for it.' The President said real seriously, he smiled.

'Furthermore I think it's a good thing that there are strict regulations in South Kirkcaldy in regard to the economy. The good thing about it is namely that only the good and fair companies will "survive" by sticking to the rules, like your administration demands them to. And the ones whom don't stick to those rules won't be able to run a company in your esteemed country, causing no problems. That simple it is! And with joining your industry with only the best and most fair companies I'm pretty sure that it will indeed only be benificial for the both of us. As I already said it's an investment in your economy, it creates jobs etc.'

'Perhaps it's a good idea to host a diplomatic conference about the details of possible trade and economic deals/treaties in january 2011, don't you think, perhaps in South Kirkcaldy? Because during this biletaral meeting I think we should only discuss the main headlines of a possible treaty and work out the details during a conference with all involved parties instead of only the two of us.' Roosevelt smiled. He was real enthousiastic that a lot of results were already booked.

The President grabbed another document: 'Yes the Open borders act is something I'm really enthousiastic about! I think it would absolutely strengthen our diplomatic relations, also between our two peoples. Which is really positive! I can already imagine this Open Border Act boosting the tourism branche because it will become easier to enter eachothers country. For example to go on a holiday. But you are absolutely right we need to be strict when talking about criminals for example because of flight risk etc...' The President took a sip of his glass of water and laughed.

'Well having said that it will also boost our economy in another way. Namely because it would also abolish all those punitive tarrifs on goods during the "trade process". Which makes it cheaper for us to trade with eachother. Which will also mean more benificial profit for our country's companies and economies. At least if I'm right? And otherwise please correct me.' The President smiled.

'I've also prepared another topic together with the Secretary of State, whom you've met at the airport. Because in order to strengthen our diplomatic and biletaral relations we would like to open an embassy in South Kirkcaldy and we were wondering about when the embassy district will be ready, in order for us to apply for an embassy as soon as possible. Could you provide us with a little more information about that?' The President asked.

"I know I'm going to sound like some sort of freak, but Christmas really isn't a huge holiday in South Kirkcaldy, I mean we basically use it as an excuse to give gifts seeing as most of our population is agnostic. But if I can make anyone very happy, my goal has been achieved; those sailors need a rest after such a long time standing up for your nation." Komorowski sat back and grinned.

"Switching gears, however, January doesn't work well for me or my government, we will be quite busy working with the new President of Miss Derringer, a nation which is a close ally of ours. But February is a different story, I'd love to have you, your wife, and Defence Minister for a conference, I promise you won't be disappointed!"She hoped that Roosevelt would accept the February date.

She nodded as the president discussed the embassy and then said, "Our embassy program is in need of reworking, but I anticipate that it will up and running again very soon. I eagerly await your application."She smiled at the president, positive that she had forgotten to mention something.

'So I see...' The President laughed before he continued: 'Well Christmas is quite a big thing in Noordeinde. It's one of the most popular and beloved holidays in the year for the Noordeindian people. For us it's not only about giving away presents to eachother but also about being together with eachother, like with your family and friends.'

'And well these sailors have already served for almost 7 months now, being one of the longest single troop deployments in Noordeindian history. And with the upcomming holidays it would be so nice of you and your new Defense Minister, of course, if South Kirkcaldy would be able to send a naval vessel in order to replace ours and to get these sailors home. Without losing grip on these pirate activities. So I'm already really looking forward of the, hopefully, positive outcome of your conversation with the Defense Minister.'

The President took a sip of his glass of water while the President's Chief of Staff, Jim Kennedy, walked in with his agenda. 'Madam Prime Minister I'd like to introduce you to my chief of Staff Jimmy Kennedy.' He turned to Kennedy: 'Kennedy, how is February's agenda so far, do I have like time for a conference that month?'

Kennedy nodded: 'Yes sir, plenty of time so far, so I guess February won't be a problem at all!' And he walked out: 'It was a pleasure to meet you ma'm.' He said before leaving the Office.

The President continued: 'Well I guess that won't be a problem as you heared. I'd love to come over to South Kirkcaldy that month together with my wife and the involved cabinet secretaties to see if we can workout a few deals, and if so how to work out the details of them. Furthermore I'm glad to hear that we are able to soon open an embassy in South Kirkcaldy. It's like real important to me that our diplomatic relations are not only based on this meeting but will continue by keeping in touch with eachother and by having a diplomatic mission to your country.' The President smiled friendly towards the Prime Minister.

"Well then, if I'm not mistaken, we've covered everything we set out to cover. I believe that leaves only the signing of the treaties, preliminarily of course, and the press conference."With a chuckle she added, "Unless your wife would care to send in some more sandwiches, that is!"

"Your soldiers will most likely be able to return by the 24th. As for our February conference, I will begin preparations immediately. I hope to see several member of your government there so we can accomplish multiple items on our agenda."

Standing, the Prime Minister eagerly awaited for the president to join her in their ceremonious entrance back into the Presidential Hall.

The President stood-up from his chair: 'I guess you are absolutely right. I'm really looking forward to our February conference in South Kirkcaldy. And I'm glad to hear that you will start preparations immediatley when you come home. And of course I'd like to thank you very much, also in name of our sailors if we would be able to get them home around the 24th!' He said enthousiastic.

'Furthermore before we head downstairs for our joint Press Conference I'd like to invite you to follow me to the 'Cabinet Room' in order to sign the preliminary documents. My three most important Secretaries: those of the Departments of State, Defense and Commerce will be there. Together with these three gentlemen I was actually able to prepare this meeting and they will be very glad to meet you.'

In the meanwhile two Marines opened both doors of the President's Office and escorted the esteemed Heads of Government to the 'Cabinet Room' where the three Secretaries awaited the arrival of the couple while the documents that needed to be signed layed on the table.

The President and Prime Minster walked-in and the President introduced his Cabinet members: 'Madam Prime Minister I'd like to introduce you to the Secretary of State Sir Louis Wilson, though, you've already met him at the airbase. And also to Secretary of Commerce Tom Jones and Secretary of Defense George Howell.'
