Excuse me, Your Excellency...

But Frasas is a nation of 136 million people.

What is more: there is no evidence that the recent massacres have in any way affected the Frasian armed forces. And since they have not intervened to stop the massacres, we can only assume that they approve, and will resist our efforts to protect the victims of these atrocities.

As we noted above: our offer of medical personnel was contingent on other nations offering sufficient combat personnel. So far, those combat personnel are nowhere to be found. A single battalion of soldiers with riot gear is hardly sufficient.

Unless our allies are prepared to commit more substantial forces to this evacuation effort, we must withdraw our offer, and order our ships to return to port.

We believe that the matters of Frasas is no business to the rest of the world and maybe should focus on the genocide in the Communist nations for a change. We condemn any foreign moves into Frasas.

Actually, I'm referring to just about every nation with a population of at least 2 billion. Despite our lack of funding, we fall into that category, but I'm simply warning you to be wary and work on surviving.

On a side note, I wouldn't call the feeding off of "Defeated Enemies' Blood" "Reason".

We thank the City of Norfolk for its very substantial contribution to this discussion.

What is more, we would like to assure the City's representative that his nation's views will be given all the consideration they deserve.

In response to this,The Republic of Triblios will send an extra 1,500 soldiers with riot gear and lethal, in addition to non-lethal, weapons.
10 CH-47 chinook heli's,and 15 Triblio's Special Evacuation Vehicles(T-SEVs) for evacuation operations. These are en route to Frasia onboard the TNV Tribeka.

We still believe that our partners in this enterprise are greatly underestimating the potential dangers and difficulties involved.

Frasas was able to commit a force of close to a hundred thousand troops to its recent intervention in Spredonia--along with a battleship.

At present, our 9th Medical Brigade--a force of 3,600 noncombatants--seems to be the largest contingent in this multinational humanitarian expedition.

We welcome Triblios's commitment of additional combat troops. But contingents of 1500 soldiers are roughly equivalent to those contributed by member nations to the MNF in Lebanon in 1982-83.

That is to say: they should be sufficient to secure a single port city--so long as the Frasian forces do not resist.

Should the Frasians resist, our task force would be placed in grave danger. We would be forced to call on the Stoklomolvians for assistance--a move that would likely involve us in the war between Frasas and Stoklomolvi.

We must reiterate: unless our partners in this expedition commit additional resources, we will be forced to withdraw.

The Republic of Triblios is working on spending resources to devote to this effort, and will move 6 abrams tanks with personnel, will be sending 10 additional T-HEVs with personnel, and Armored Humvees to escort the T-HEVs and armed forces. I recommend that the Tanks stay at the border and only be deployed into Frasia if The Frasia Armed Forces start an offensive attack against the Evacuation squad.

"Havaerre has an aircraft carrier, the HNAC Hendrix, carrying around 20 or so transport heli's equipped with mounted machine guns. These can be used for evac, transporting troops/materials, and possibly some air support. If these heli's or the aircraft carrier itself could be of any use in this situation, we'd be more than willing to lend a hand. Also, following Saxemberg's example, Havaerre will be converting a merchant-class transport ship into a medical ship in an attempt to provide as much extra medical support as possible. Noted that it will be no HSHS Psychopomp, but will most likely be more useful as a support hospital and a place to keep injured troops/civilians. In light of the possibility of a viral outbreak, our medical personnel will be equipped with the standard-issue 'HAZMAT' apparel for handling patients."

"The only concern I can think of involving the heli's is that of a secure landing location for evac/transport/etc. Armed forces might have to secure an LZ or set up a small base of some sort. However, I don't think this is a problem yet."

OOC: should someone maybe send Frasas a telegram?
