We have sent in millions of troops already into Frasa to try and rescue the civilians and we have reports of over 400,000 civilians already safe in our refugee camps with thousands upon thousands still flooding in

In the first case, while not prepared to send in combat troops, the Principality of Saxemberg is prepared to commit elements of its Princely Medical Corps in support, along with the hospital ship HSHS Psychopomp. This will allow us both to help alleviate the present humanitarian crisis resulting from the violence, and to continue our research into its cause.

In the second case, we are still prepared to send our medical personnel to support any evacuation efforts, along with a limited number of military transport aircraft. We are also prepared to accept a moderate number of Frasian refugees, on the understanding that they will have to spend a period in quarantine.

The Principality of Saxemberg is prepared to commit the following resources to this evacuation effort:

--the hospital ship HSHS Psychopomp;
--the troop-transport ship HSHS Geryon;
--the 9th Medical Brigade of the Princely Medical Corps (including a complete Combat Support Hospital);
--and the 666th Transport Wing of the Princely Flying Corps.

This offer is conditional on other nations providing the necessary combat troops, warships, and combat aircraft to protect our own.

Saxemberg began as a nation of political refugees, fleeing from royalist White Terror. His Serene Highness feels we would be remiss if we simply stood by and did nothing in this situation.

The Foreign Relations Committee of Pevisopolis has sent a warning to the fascists. We prefer peaceful living to full scale war, but if necessary, we are capable of waging a defensive war against Frasas. If this does become an all out war, however, we will likely not participate in any invasion that might take place in Frasas, as the Communal Militias are more concerned with the Defense of the Homeland rather than foreign imperialism.
