People's Dictator Heduk Lore was walking was sitting in his office chair. With the recent elections he had to make a coalition government with the Social Democrats and needed to get the country's economy back in shape. While thinking of ways to improve the economy he picked up an envelope at the corner of his desk. It was from the Foreign Affairs Office. He opened it with his fingers ripping the envelope. Inside the envelope was a folded piece of paper which Heduk Lore opened. It started by saying " Dear People's Dictator Heduk Lore i have to inform you on something very special " then he began skimming through the letter excitedly "...... there is a possible trade opportunity with a country called Qatarab ... " With this news he yelled out to his secretary
" Juen ! Juen!"
She came running into his office and said
" What is it sir" she replied not knowing what was going through Heduk Lores head.
" Send a letter to Qatarab informing them that i would like to have a conference with them"
" Yes sir right away "

Yusuf Al-Ashraf walked into the Prime Ministers office and dropped an envelope onto the ministers table and sat down in the chair in front of the desk. The Prime minister,Abdul-Rahman Ibn Khalid looked up from his paperwork at the Foreign Minister "What is this Yusuf?". Yusuf leaned back into his chair and looked at the prime minister "Abdul-Rahman,its a message from Northern Bavungria. They want to meet with us" Yusuf said and pointed at the envelope "Thats the message". After opening and reading the message,the prime minister picked up his phone and dialed. After three rings he spoke "Get this message to the Dictator of Northern Bavungria.

We agree to the meeting invitation. We have no issue in dealing with newly contacted nations as it increases our diplomatic strength and trade. Time and Place will be up to you. We will send our foreign affairs minister to set up a foundation. I will follow afterwards.

" Come in" Said Heduk Lore.

Juen ran in with a very excited tone.

" Sir the Qatarabians said they wish to send some delegates and have no problem with meeting us"

" That is great tell them to send there delegates immediately. " said Heduk Lore with a smile on his face.

" Yes sir right away."

The Foreign minister and other diplomats,with their bodyguards,boarded the jet plane. They had some documents they'd mustered up about Northern Bavungria from certain intelligence agencies and news articles. They would arrive in a couple of hours,which was enough time for the diplomats to discuss their plans.
