I think for a Naval Ensign you should have the flag that you have their in the corner of another flag which could be decorated with some other Aquilinian Symbols.

Is it alright if I have a look around your factbooks guys, I'm going to write my proper one up in the SEC off-site forum because I can't post big enough posts on this computers crappy internet, with NS it doesn't like big posts

Also, S_P, just noticed the red spots remaining on the flag...could you remove them for me while you're at it? Would be very nice of you

Oh God, Ok:

Aquilinia: I will do the flag, but not the Coat of Arms. I don't like doing Coat's of Arms, I hate them with a burning passion.

@Bladia: If you want to do a factbook, check out mine. I have all the basic necessities, however, if you want to go much more in depth with your history, go to Kylarnatia's. He's only got parts of his history and the same for his military, but if you want to see the greatest factbook of all time, check out Marquesan's.

Like the Australian Flag: it has the British flag in the corner and the stars. Yours however with have the New Aquilian Flag in the corner and instead of stars you could have another symbol that you think represents your nation.

Well I'm doing a starter for my Fact book, so far I've sorted out the flag and totle starting bit and put the basic info in, I'm just dreading the rest of it....Atleast I prepared a bit of my history last year

Well the Bladian royalty does not try to look better then the people, the king at most would where something that resembles Heirs Son, Prince of Siberia
just without the leaf shapes and the red thingy and the little whit bit at the bottom

I was going to change them, but didn't get around to it. Also, check again now, I fixed them.

@Kyle: nope, it is the right way round. Red is civil, white is navy. although something seems to be wrong with the elvish writing, the vowels should be marks above the tengwar, not tengwar for themselves....weird...

Yeah, the old Tsar didn't even have a crown. He was the first royal of Siberia, and he wasn't very royalist at all. The new one, however, was born to the royal family and is extremely royal family. The old Tsar didn't think himself to be above the rest, if not, then the same. But the new one thinks he's better. He does not look down on them and he does treat them like equals, but he likes crowns and stuff.
