Then instead of saying, "Woah, okay, I'm settled down, how about peace?" when Brittania started up, he went RARR RARR NUKES NUKES RARR RARR. Then when people did not go OHNOES, he goes into isolation. Not a bad person, but doesn't know how to handle II.

I know right? I saw it coming from Legeonas though. Mainly because he was somewhat power mad. He was literally a small child throwing his dummy out of the pram when things didn't go his way. I saw a quote of his in the Conservative Powers Alliance (or whatever it's called) and he was like 'I'm going into Isolationism now, but I'll be back when I can crush you all like tiny little ants.' which is somewhat overreacting and come on, that's going to take a long time.

Well probably because you'd exceeded the 900 x 900 resolution. Try uploading a smaller version of it. But this is the only way I know if you'd already tried that then I'm afraid it's a problem I've never encountered before.
