That happened to me too. All you need to do is close the tab, open a new one, re-open NS and then sign out. It should work!

Second: You don't actually have a map. You imagine it. This is an imagination based game, you create a nation, play as it, make some friends and have some fun. For example, one minute your nation could be experiencing a terrorist attack in your capital city, then the next you could be electing a new government. What happens is completely up to you.
Third: You decided everything that happens to your nation, what kind of nation it is e.g. is it a monarchy? You control what your capital is called, what your nation looks like, is it a barren wasteland or lush and beautiful with rolling hills, like those of Switzerland?
Finally: Read the Stickies. Ones like that, featured in the many different forum threads.

Dude, hes learning the game, and how the forum works. This may be his first time hes been on a forum, so he doesn't know the term 'Stickies' and all that techno shit. The lessons simple, stick up with it and he'll learn. Your Backlash won't help.
