With regards to the application of Gratislavia:

I have no objections, despite being one of those 'wronged' by him. I couldn't give a crap, tbh, about stuff that happened more than two weeks ago now. The SP Cong. rivalry, such as it is, is non-existent, and the 'damage' done by Grat is, again, minimal. In short, I have no lingering ill-feeling towards him.

To whoever it concerns,

On November 26th, 2010 around 0600 hours, a foreign, unknown vessel entered the Judean exclusive economic zone. The vessel was politely asked to halt and prepare to be searched, as is routine procedure in Judea. The vessel was searched and a nuclear warhead was found. The crew was seized, and transported back to the SNS Velan, a polite response under the circumstances. As the hostile nuclear warhead was being secured, the Solmian ship, whom searched the hostile ship, was deliberately attacked by a foreign fleet belonging to a member-state of the Soverign Empires Coalition. In fact, both vessels were under the command of the Soveriegn Empires Coalition, the terrorist organization responsible for the attack on the Solmian vessel and the nuclear intrusion of Judea's EEZ.

The Sovereign Empires Coalition attempted intrusion in Judean waters, in which nuclear warheads were involved, is a deliberate, and the act of aggression will be recognized as a deliberate, simultaneous threat on the sovereignty of Judea. It is because of such action that the Sovereign Empires Coalition, that has forced the Judean Sanctum to demand its immediate compilation with the following demands. The Sovereign Empires Coalition, is herein classified as a terrorist organization, for its perpetual attacks on the Judean Sanctum and its member-states.

It is only through the continuance and brilliance of the joint-Judean fleets that we are able to neutralize the threats that the Sovereign Empires Coalition poses, and we are prepared to fully ensure that no more hostilities can be created because of the existence of the Sovereign Empires Coalition. Therefore, we are prepared to enforce our demands to ensure that the international community no longer needs to worry about the trifle caused by the Sovereign Empires Coalition.

Due to the leniency of the Judean Sanctum member-states, the Convocation has elected to offer the Sovereign Empires Coalition a choice in which its bereavement can be decided. The Sovereign Empires Coalition shall have fourty-eight hours to comply with the demands it has caused upon itself or be annihilated through the means of force.

Due to the harsh repercussions that weapons of mass destruction can cause, the Sovereign Empires Coalition must disband immediately due to its irresponsible threats against Judean peace. Its dissolution shall be immediate and permanent, no alliances may be created as a direct successor to it. Its member-states shall accept such provisions and all jointly-run Sovereign Empires Coalition vessels or buildings shall be at the mercy of the respective government. The only way in which the Sovereign Empires Coalition be able to continue in its terrorist existence is to comply to the following:

All operations completed by the Sovereign Empires Coalition shall be at the mercy of Judean Sanctum oversight. An oversight committee shall be formed, compromising of the Convocation of the Judean Sanctum that shall be the ultimate leadership of the Sovereign Empires Coalition. It shall be able to continue its existence, but all decisions or activities completed by the Sovereign Empires Coalition will be subject to Judean approval. An amendment to its constitution shall be drafted and ratified to declare each measure of control that Judea would have over the Sovereign Empires Coalition in order to ensure that it remains a peaceful organization in the international community.

In addition to the lenient terms provided in the second option for the Sovereign Empires Coalition to ponder, a naval base, exceeding at a minimum 15 square miles, shall be created in each current member-state of the Sovereign Empires Coalition and each future member-state. The naval base shall be deemed the territory of the Judean Sanctum and it may use it for any military purposes that it deems appropriate in the confines of the naval base that it will operate. The military base will be created to ensure that the Sovereign Empires Coalition remains peaceful as a punishment for its horrid actions against the integrity of the Judean Sanctum.

The crew, currently on-board the SNS Velan will be released into Sovereign Empires Coalition jurisdiction if one of the options that the lenient Convocation of the Judean Sanctum put in place for the Sovereign Empires Coalition to dwell on. Their abhorrent actions have caused the Judean Sanctum to issue these demands, and we herein reiterate that they must be complied within fourty-eight hours or the damnation of the Sovereign Empires Coalition will be in order.

We deeply hope that the Sovereign Empires Coalition will accept either demand that we put forth. It is our belief that for the member-states to remain sovereign entities, that they should accept the terms put forth. The Sovereign Empires Coalition will never disrupt the peaceful waters of Judea or any other ally of ours again.
