It is my understanding that the Steel Pact is being remade into the Brotherhood of Steel, which is more pro-captalist, and less anti-socialist. More to protection of the nations that are not communist than to stop it.

Communism. Merely this word alone has instilled such fear in entire populations, entire nations have taken drastic action to prevent the plague from reaching their shores, and entire cultures have sought to root out those who associate themselves with communism. And all of this is justified.

This alliance, or so called "Confederation" is no more or less than the others that exist. Another blight on humankind and another ambiguous threat to all alive. The followers of failed ideology are to be pitied, and the holders of the bait that is leading them astray are to be wrung free of their lives and livelihoods, for this is made off the back of the worker they so greedily exploit, while attempting to trick those they lead into believing they are a boon. Communism, and all leftist ideology, is an economic authoritarianism, by any name. Communism, Socialism, Syndicalism, Welfarism...all the same. They and their ilk seek to control those they profess to protect by regulating their lives, jobs and prosperity to the point of madness.

Authoritarianism must be stopped, at any cost, and economic authoritarianism is one of the worst breeds of the the wretched dog of power. This alliance and supposed brotherhood of nations for their own mutual "defence", is condemned and utterly unsovereign. No statements of greed will be made by us, nor ransoms, nor demands. Greetings and salutations, our allies in the Communist Confederation of States. We pray that this missive finds you all in good spirits. As you know, there have been many political happenings as of late: the Socialist World Conference (sponsored by New Azura on behalf of the Communist Confederation of States) is shaping up quite nicely. A full array of diplomatic attendees and keynote speakers from various Socialist states and organizations will be on hand. Also, we have had a few diplomatic brushes with several Fascist organizations, but our young alliance has weathered the early storms quite admirably. Today, however, we wish to compose this missive to direct everyone's attention to an urgent need: the Communist People's Republics of Strathy.
As an applicant to the Xarana Pact, the Socialist state of Strathy has been given automatic acceptance into the ranks of the Communist Confederation of States, just as all others who have applied. While Xarana is designed to protect this entity, the Communist Confederation of States is geared towards, among other things, fostering ties of friendship and camaraderie. As you may or may not know, our brothers and sisters have fallen on hard times recently, with militant warmongers threatening to dash all that they had achieved. The representatives of Strathy have assured us that their intentions are to assist COMCON in as beneficial a manner as possible, yet this is of no concern to us at the moment. A fellow Socialist state is undergoing rough times, and New Azura feels that this is the perfect opportunity to establish for all the world to see just how caring and compassionate the Socialist movement truly is.
We seek only to help our fellow man, and as a result, the Federal Socialist Republic of New Azura hereby calls upon the Communist Confederation of States to do everything in their power to assist the Communist People's Republics of Strathy get back on their feet. The Xarana Pact and the Steel Pact were not created to go against one another; they are two sovereign entities representing two sovereign blocs of nations who just so happen to be opposed to one another. Briefly Describe Your Nation's Communist Ideology:
Essentially Trotskyite, Moresnet is run under a system of council Communism, where workers are an essential part of the legislative decision-making process. Any elected representative at any level can be recalled instantly. There is no leader, instead, high command of the nation rests with the 101-member Supreme Soviet. The nation is pacifistic, with a strict "no first attack" policy in effect.

By entering and signing upon the line, we give the Communist Confederation of States the permission to file away our entry for bookkeeping. The entry, as per the standing judicial policies of COMCON, will under no circumstances, save for written, spoken and signed permission of the ruling Head of State Soviet of said nation (with said nation representing the representing state of the signatory), divulge information to any other members of the Communist Confederation of States or third Party States or organizations.
