it monitors weather and connects to all weather stations in the world with open-source servers (Which sould be all of em) and uses that information to determine where there are situations and sends out alerts for different situations, it also connects with a major Underground weather center were a staff hired by me can send out forecasts, collect data, and send out special alerts, (it's really sort of what we have now irl, just utilized in a place where we irl do not use it)
