The first Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Leiceister, Jonathan Williams, walked in front of the people of his nation. He was back from Silver Beach, and with the newly appointed governor-general of Leicester, Pierre Williams. The elections had turned out to be victorious, along with the referendum. And, from this point forward, he was about to become the 33rd and last Colonial Governor of Leiceister, and the first prime minister of Leiceister. He then moved forward in this address to nations around the world, celebrating his new nation.
"People of Leiceister,
Today, I come back from Silver Beach. Not defeated, not down, not even compromising. But I came back victorious. Today, the Commonwealth of Leiceister has been born! After prolonged negotiations with our close brothers from Silver Beach, His Majesty has agreed to be the constitutional monarch of this nation, as our revolution is completed. We have done a peaceful process, and created a newly independent nation, independent of any and all foreign influence. Today, I come to you, the people, not only the ones here with me in Dublin, our capital, or in Cork, my home city. But to all the people of Leiceister, either currently here, or abroad! I have sent a letter to the world asking for international recognition of us as a nation, instead of an international community. Now I stand here, and take the oath, to become the first Prime Minister of Leiceister!"
Huge roars from the crowd.
"I, Jonathan Patrick Molcetti Williams, solemnly swear my loyalty to HIs Majesty King Nicephorous V of Leiceister, Silver Beach, and all of his other realms. I also swear loyatly to all of his sucuessors, and swear to, the best of my ability, hold up and honor this constitution Leiceister has been built on, to defend and protect it, and most of all, to keep the people of Leiceister protected from all threats, domestic and foreign." Governor-General Pierre Williams said.
When Jonathan Williams took this oath, the crowd went absolutely wild. But the Foreign Secretary, Micheal Jones, decided to send out a letter to every foreign nation he could think of, updating them on these events, and to ask for international recognition of the Commonwealth of Leiceister.
