Article 1
- 1. In order to join a nation must have a reigning or a visible monarch in special cases.
2. That the reigning monarch be one that holds a good deal of political power and not just a ceremonial person.
3. Addressing to the latter case in sub-section 2 a nation may join in that scenario after approval of the position of the monarch by the governing council.
4. A newly created monarchy that applies shall be observed (a real week) by the Governing Council then their membership shall be decided.
5. Communist or socialist nations shall not be allowed to join.
Article 2
- 1. That all alliance members agree to honor the respective sovereignty and boundaries of other members.
2. That every single member shall their best to aide the other members of the alliance during cases of rebellion, invasion, or civil war. (This is subject to interpretation by the Governing Council.)
3. That no member commits any act of sabotage, war, or violation of sovereignty upon a fellow member.
4. All members maintain diplomatic discussion with other members in the case of conflict, until it is appealed to the Governing Council.
Article 3
- 1. All members shall maintain a standing army in both times of war and during peace time to a smaller degree.
2. Nations military forces shall act to supplement the standing army of the Alliance.
3. The standing army of the Alliance shall be made up of volunteered forces of the alliance.
4. If a member does not supply soldiers to the Alliance’s army then they shall be recommended to either supply supplies of money to help maintain it.
5. During times of serve war portions of member states armies shall, if needed, fall under the command of the Alliance’s War Council.
6. In the case of a member invading another nation in defense of a reigning or possessing an existing monarch, the member nation shall have the right to appeal for aide to the alliance.
7. In the case of a nation having invaded another nation then member nations shall not be able to draw the whole alliance into their wars for their personal benefit or honor, but if aide is requested to other members of alliance through different means then their shall be no concern to the greater Alliance.
8. In the case of an invasion of nation, as addressed in sub-section 6, in which the member nation is itself pushed back and invaded the Alliance, upon hearing the case, will aide that member that is being invaded.
Article 4
- 1. Nations shall allow trade from members states nations.
2. The amount of imported goods to each nation shall be controlled by each separate member.
3. No embargoes of another member nation shall be imposed by another member.
4. The economies and internal affairs of the various states shall be left strictly under the control of the respective member nation.
Article 5
- 1. The Governing Council shall consist of the every member nation granted the authority upon consideration by the Scandinvan Empire.
2. The Governing Council shall have the say on the members that are addressed in article 1.
3. The Governing Council shall be made up of representatives of nations that are elected.
4. The Governing Council shall work with a body of representatives of all the member states, the General Assembly.
5. The War Council shall be the ones who introduce resolutions and have the final say on weather or not for the entire alliance to go to war.
6. Finances shall be managed by respective member states.
7. The War Council shall be made up of various appointments made by the Scandinvan Empire.
8. The War Council shall have seats allotted to each member according to their value as a member of the alliance.
9. The War Council shall have the ultimate say on any army raised in the Alliance’s name, an army whose composition shall be made up of forces allocated to the Alliance by member states during times of strife.
10. The War Council’s purpose is to manage the deployment of soldiers and of resources in the event of the formation of an army in the Alliance's name.
