Vasily Zaytsev sat alone in his office, thinking. He knew that the nation was stable for nearly 30 years now, and has always stood up to it's enemies. Now, however, more and more people are drifting towards Democracy, and this is pressuring Vasily. If he does not listen to the people, this could turn into another Valencian Genocide, which he just could not afford. His fist to his mouth, thinking, Vasily called in the minister of the people.
"Yes, sire?"
"Im not sure if we should do this. The government has been stable for years now, and changing it would just be against our history. I personally cannot see Great Valencia as a democracy, only has a communist dictatorship. The people may, but I cannot".

Outside, the ministers were writing a paper that required Vasily's signature. If he signed it, he would assume command as president, instead of dictator. If he did not sign it, the nation would remain a communist dictatorship, and the people MAY revolt. Vasily called out to the international community for help.

"We ask for opinions on this matter. Should we disperse communism, the government and nation may collapse into an economic hell hole. However, if we do not, the people may revolt against us, and another genocide would be in place. We ask for your opinions, because this is a tough choice to make. Abandon hope, or abandon democracy"

Freedom is the base of many of the world's greatest cultures. If your economy fails (which isn't going to happen) we will give as much finacal aid as you need. The stability of the economy and of the nation is paramount to the survival of a nation. A switch of government types will only destabilize the nation and hurt the economy in the long rule.
