After a few more minutes of getting to the airport, the plane lightly touched onto the ground, before rolling over to the gate the ATC had recommended. As soon as the plane had finished connecting with the terminal, Price hurried out, his entourage behind him. He walked out of the airport and over to the limousine that was waiting for him: he had brought no bags or anything with him, and any files that had been on the plane for him had been taken care of by his staff. The limo quickly pulled out, and zoomed off toward the coronation site at the Palace. Price did not want to be late, lest he leave a bad impression on his ally.

After arriving at the Palace, Price rushed up into the building, flashing his security clearance as an ambassador whenever he needed to, and only 30 minutes after landing at the airport itself, the ambassador was inside the seat of the government of Royal Calathonia.

OOC: Sorry about moving past security on my own, wanted to just hurry up the process, and I take it you did too.

The afternoon of 11 September passed by. All the plans had been made, and everything was ready and organized. In the morning, the ceremony would begin. Meanwhile, the procession had been assembled, for the morning.

An alarm blared. It was time to wake up. Catherine groaned, but then suddenly realized that it was the day of the coronation! She immidiately jumped out of her bed, and took a nice, refreshing, cold shower. After that, Catherine slipped on her Kioyoton traditional wedding gown- a simple white skirt, and a white shirt made of sheep's wool. She hurried out of her bedroom, and awaited the other leaders in the palace's living room.

IC: On the morning of 12 September 2012, a servant came into the Diplomatic Quarters. He woke up the President of Kioyoto, the Kylarnatian Royal Family, and the ambassador from Erjunhuf. This was custom to wake up the diplomats first, then the royal family and government officials, and finally, the Empress herself. After waking all the diplomats up, he did the same to the high government officials and the Empress.

Early in the morning, Adam Price was still awake. The time difference had been too complicated for him to get any sleep: even after his years as an ambassador, jet lag still got to him. But it wasn't that big a deal, as years of dealing with it had helped teach him how to hide it well. Putting on his suit after a nice warm shower and a quick shave, he exited his hotel room and looked as fresh and ready for the day as if he were back in Carthage preparing for another day at work. A few minutes later, he was down in the living room of the Palace.

Lord Halifax himself was now down in the living room. Waiting for the foreign leaders or diplomats to assemble, he adjusted his glasses again. The elderly man simply waited.

"Hello, I believe that I do not know you," President Catherine remarked to the newcomer.

IC: "I am the ambassador from Erjunhuf to Royal Calathonia." Price responded. " Our President, William Freidan, could not be here. Our nation was recently hit by a series of terrorist attacks, conventional, chemical, and nuclear, and most of our government is in shambles, not to mention the threats of war we have received from other nations. For him to leave could offer another nation a chance to strike us while we are at our weakest."

Lord Halifax continued to wait, listening to the Erjunhuf ambassador speak to the Kioyotan president. Halifax hoped and prayed the coronation ceremony would begin soon.

"We also have similar problems. Not that long ago, terrorists began a mass bombing of all our major cities. Our nation is in shambles, and an army has already infilitraded our borders,"

Price sadly nodded. "We are afraid of such an occurrence. We have mobilized the military, but still we suffer from terrorist attacks. Whoever has done these things will pay dearly, when we discover the culprit."

Lord Halifax said to Price "Hello, Ambassador Price. I am Lord Edward Halifax, Chancellor of Royal Calathonia. I have heard your discussion, and I must express my remorse for the terrorist attacks in your nation. I hope you find the culprit." The elderly man waited for a response.

The Kylarnatian Royal Family were ready and prepared for the coronation. The Tsar was dressed in full colours, as was the Empress and the Tsaraviech, they wanted to give an impression.

They then came to the hall to meet Lord Halifax.
"We're ready." Tsar Yuri gave a smile.

"Our military is pretty sure of the culprit who keeps attacking Kioyoto. We are pretty sure that it is a nation named Shinazawai. Our military is doing their best to keep the invaders out of our archipelego," The young lady sat back and waited for a response.

Price turned back to Catherine. "I wish we could offer up some support, but our own military is busy making preparations for an invasion. Anything we have to spare would need to be volunteer, and we would not wish to bring those who wish the death of our nation to your shores."

"Yes, we all live in sad states.... But, an anti-terrorism league could do some help," Catherine said, while sitting back into her chair. She had talked about one with the duchess of Royal Calathonia once.

Lord Halifax sighed. He hoped everything would begin soon. Meanwhile, the servants of the Empress were putting her into her official robes, and, elsewhere, the Imperial Crown, Imperial Orb, and Imperial Scepter were all prepared and sent to the Cathedral. The Archbishop of Munster and the other churchmen got into their official robes and prepared as well.

Meanwhile, Empress Alice came towards President Catherine.
"Morning, Ms. Catherine, how are you? And I suppose this is another Ambassador, its nice to meet you, I'm Empress Alice Hyuga of Kylarnatia."

Catherine nodded towards Alice."Good morning Empress. I've been talking to Ambassador Price about the issue of terrorism,"

Empress Alice smiled and looked to Ambassador Price.
"Well, its nice to meet you Mr. Price. I'm sorry to hear your also suffering from terrorism."
Empress Alice then looked back to Catherine.
"I should have said just before, but you look wonderful this morning. We all seem to be perking ourselves up."

Price smiled back, sad over the state of affairs in his nation, but doing his best to focus on the happiness this day was supposed to bring.

"I'm Ambassador Adam Price, from the nation of Erjunhuf." Price replied to the Empress. In response to Catharine's question, Price replied "That isn't a bad idea. Erjunhuf would, after all the troubles we have gone through in the past week, definitely take an interest in such an alliance."
