Deaths Charter (Basics recorded WIP)

Article One The Government of Legion
Emperor Caesar magnam
The Legion shall be ruled with sole autocratic power by a single nation. They Emperor Caesar magnam or Caesar Grand Emperor will rule with complete power and unity. To resist the Emperor is to Resist death and her legion they Ultimate crime. However in extreme cases when nations of they Imperial Council feel that there ruler has failed them they may elect to remove there ruler and bring about a more competent nation to rule the Legion. The Emperor shall be responsible for the management of they alliance and its welfare.

Consilium Imperial
They Consilium Imperial or Imperial Council shall manage several distinct ministries of the of they Legion. All ministers are elected from they masses of Legion members and have they power to veto imperial decrees or remove they Emperor with evidence and a majority vote from they council. The Council is also held responsible for all actions taken by the legion as they have they power to stop them.

Consilium Imperial Ministry of Warfare
They Ministry of Warfare shall hold several distinct responsibilities within they legion. Besides they ability to veto and remove they emperor said minister shall also lead Death's legions into battle. The ministry of warfare shall be required to divide dedicated forces into standard military detachments of the army of death. The Minister of warfare may grant titles of Generalship(official title is Centurion) to specific nations. Once said titles are granted they Minister will assign them a legion for them to lead.

Ministry of Imperial Concilii Infrastructure
They Ministry of Infrastructure is often held as one of the most important positions in the Legion. The primary responsibility is of the Infrastructure ministry is to one aid the emperor in recruiting new members, and two making sure the constitution is being up held and the members of they alliance are generally in a productive state. The infrastructure of they alliance also includes territory claimed by the legion regarding roads, dams, power plants, and general civilian happiness in subjugated territory.

Consilium Imperial commercii Ministry
The minister of commerce shall be in charge of all revenue generated by the legion. A unique characteristic of the Legion shall be the shared revenue of all money generated by legion territory. This includes creating a store front and creating/managing factories. The minister of commerce is also in charge of all legion resources under her control. They shall also be in charge of keeping track of all legion funds.

The minister of foreign relations shall be required to conduct affairs with other alliances and nations. They are required to shine a good light on the legion and attempt to bolster our position internationally and internally. The minister of foreign affairs is also responsible for electing ambassadors and creating embassies within foreign entities or nations, especially major FTL alliances.


Article two Legion territory

Legion regna terrarum mortem
Legion lands also refereed to as death realms are the property of all members of they legion of death. If a territory is controlled by the legion then all revenue generated there are sent to the legion coffers. Members of they legion can request planets or regions to come under there complete jurisdiction if they present suitable evidence as to why they need or deserve this land. Legion territory shall also house all units devoted completely to our armed forces and supply lines keeping distribution fair and equal.

Deaths Gubernatores Regna
The minister of infrastructure is responsible for the election of Governors of death realms. The governors of deaths realms shall be the official arm of the ministry of infrastructure. They are responsible for making judgments on a local level, levying troops and initiating the laws enacted by the minister of infrastructure. They are also they defacto military commander of a region unless a centurion is present.

Article three Membership
Membership is open to all nations of any ideology excepting Nazism and Communism (socialism is acceptable so is Leninism however we are imperialistic). Members are known as Deaths legionum (deaths legionaries). They are entitled to sovereignty and economic freedom. All members are required to donate at least 20,000 soldiers to Deaths Army. All members are required to defend other members sovereignty as there own is guaranteed by they legion. All members have the right to leave the Legion and request a position of government. Nations are asked to lift all trade tariffs on other member nations.


Article Four Legion Army
The Legion army is they official military arm of Death's Legion. The army is commanded by the Minister of warfare who in turn elects centurions to lead certain aspects of the legions armed forces. Centuriones Superior are commanders in the legion army who are in charge of certain aspects of the military( example army, space fleet, logistics). All members must contribute at least 20,000 soldiers to join as legionaries.

Article Five dealing with other

Freedom to all who can keep it, is they official stance of they legion regarding nations or alliances that do not have either some kind of agreement or ties with deaths legion. Meaning that if they legion believes that you are an opportune target we shall strike. At any sing of weakness we shall strike, and finally at any sing off aggression being directed at us we shall strike. All those who oppose shall be subjugated. That being said if you are a neutral nation that is not offering threats to the legion you shall be left alone. Know this however we are not reactionary we will strike at our enemies before they strike at us let this be known and proclaimed through out the universe.

Pacem per potentiam
Peace through power , is they official stance of the legion regarding times of peace and or lapses in hostility. This effectively means that during times of ceased hostility that the legion shall keep its armies on full alert and within striking capabilities so as to assure that no other entity poses a threat to the sovereignty of Deaths legion. That being said the same doctrine applies to the legion during times of conflict or war. Meaning that we shall bring the might of all of the legions forces against you to enact a victory therefore securing peace in said conflict with either your or our destruction. Keeping in mind that the legion adopts this stance when it comes to trade as a whole, we seek to dominate all markets that we come into contact with, most likely through peaceful means unless provoked or other wise assaulted by said market or they nation controlling said market.

Alright. Let's see here. I'll start with military surplus and some extra rifles that have gathering dust in the armory.

10,000 G75 Carbines, fire 7.62mmx51mm SRWMP(essentially the NATO one, just with a different ending name) up to 1 kilometer. Folding stock, with built in recoil surpressors. Iron Sight. Uses primarily 30 round box magazine, however can use special 120 round drum magazines. Each comes with 2 drum clips with ammunition, and 20 box clips with ammunition. Each also comes with the following attachments: G205 40mm Grenade Launcher with 20 40mm Grenades each, Mark I Forward Grip, Mark V Variable Magnification/Variable Optics Scope, L1 Laser Target Designator. Each also comes with instruction and tarining manaul.

100 AT9 CS Anti-Vehicle Launcher, fires 85mm rockets up to 3 kilometers and 225 meters. Single round loading system. Built in tracking scope. Built in recoil surpressors. Comes with 20 rockets each. No attachments provided. Instruction and training manual provided with each unit.

10,100 G25 Pistol, fires 9mmx19mm Parabellum(9mm round) up to 200 meters. Built in recoil surpressors. Iron Sight. Uses 30 round box magazines. Each comes with 25 box clips. No attachments provided. Instruction and training manual provided with each unit.

Mhmmm. You realise that modern rifles don't have built in railguns to help propell their rounds, or recoil surpressors? Just because it's not a laser doesn't make it not from the future. Lasers are impratical in german use because they have absolutly no stopping power whatsoever. We like to shoot you and have you stagger backwards, not keep running in our direction. And the iron sights and stuff is partly to save money, but mostly to aid in manufactor.
