Preamble
In the face of the suffering, pain, and horror which encompasses the globe in the course of conflict and natural disaster, it is difficult to stand by the ongoing strife and do nothing. Consequently, on the Twenty Ninth of October, in the year Two Thousand and Ten, the Transnational Relief League was founded in the Eastern Arcadian town of Takamori, with the attendance and support of numerous leading social figures, business men, and charity activists. With the support of the Arcadian government the T.R.L has established it's offices in the town of Takamori, and founded the first branch of the T.R.L, named The Extra-Arcadian Transnational Relief League (EATRL).
Mission Statement
The T.R.L has been founded with the singular aim of alleviating the suffering of our fellow man whenever and wherever we can to the best of our ability, regardless of their race, class, sex, creed, nationality, theological or political leanings. By drawing together multiple branches and groups situated in nations across the globe under the banner of the T.R.L we can extend the blanket of comfort further and thicker across the globe.
We seek to undertake our activities in areas stricken with both poverty, disaster and conflict, putting ourselves at risk for the betterment of our fellow man.
How Can You Get Involved?
The EATRL is but one branch in one nation, we seek to draw together, and establish, as many branches as possible to bring aid and assistance to as many realms as possible. In order to achieve this, we encourage groups of well intentioned individuals to form their own branch of the Transnational Relief League and establish it under our co-operative aid work. Alternatively, established charity organisations undertaking such missionary work could associate itself with the T.R.L
What Can Your Government Do?
Whilst charity firstly rests with society, such massive undertakings sometimes require the support of a government in order to set a grand plan in motion, as such, the EATRL sought the support of the Arcadian government in establishing it's branch, as a result of it's support, the Eastern Arcadian government has pledged an annual funding of One Million USD to the EATRL, and an annual funding of Five Hundred Thousand USD to the TRL Head Quarters. Additionally, the Arcadian government has purchased and donated the retired ocean liner christened グッドホープ ("Good Hope") for the EATRL's operations; we encourage you to prompt your governments to do the same.

So How Do You Get Started?
If you have endeavoured to set up your own branch, complete with funding, we encourage you to notify and associate yourself with the TRLHQ; see the attached form.
Alternativly, if you are of an organisation of significant size and already engaged in transnational relief activities, the TRL is more than happy to co-ordinate it's activities with your organisation; see the attached form.

Operation
TRL activists will venture, fully aware of the risks, into danger zones, to rescue, assist, and help the wounded, irrespective of the factors outlined in the preamble; in doing so, clothed in white and red overalls, we hope that all entities of the world will recognise the good work being undertaken, and respectfully stay their course from our activities.
