Recent report from a secret team in the island were the Pacificans are living too has a very important report.
The Massassi tribes have allied with the Crath tribes and they had started to fight the rest of the tribes in a huge and destructive war.
The Crath are expertise on tactical warfare and they are also farmers and have some advance technology like catapultus and crossbows and their are also fierce warriors.
The Massassi are good guerilla warfare,they can do quick raids,they are good hunters and good bowmen and their are also fierce warriors.
A special unit has built by both tribes known as the Brotherhood,the less experienced warriors are entering there as volunteers and they are later becoming the best warriors in the Island.
This war will be very destructive for them.

Considering that the Pacificans are a planet wide presence, I do not think the species will be harmed if the two groups on your island destroy themselves. The US will not get involved, however, if the conflict is happening on an island you have colonized, you may intervene at your desire.

Does this planet have any colonizable moons?

There are two moons. Until my administration, the moons were first come first served, though no one took them. Now I am here, the moons are reserved for those who already have colonies on Pacifica and will be divided equally among all current colonial governments.
I will be announcing my reorganization of the Pacifica colonies shortly.

Addendum: One moon has an atmosphere but no life. 50% of that moon will be given to the Pacificans. The rest may be colonized on first come first served basis. 5% is claimed for the United States. This moon is about the size of earth's own moon. The other moon is about the size of a large asteroid and has no atmosphere. It would be useful as a science outpost.

Thank you for informing us, we would like to claim 3% of the total land surface of the habitable moon, we shall then send a group of scientists to the planet and report back any findings.

For the protection of Native Pacificans, the United States is deploying 3,000 armed troops to prevent intrusions into lands that have been put aside for the natives. They will begin perimeter patrols asap. The soldiers will patrol all frontiers that seperate native territory from colonial territories.

In addition we will be setting up monitoring stations.

Will this mean that US troops will simply march into other nations' territory without authorisation? A join cooperation treaty involving all colonial powers needs to be signed before troops can just cross borders and establish 'monitoring stations'.

Our special ops team known as Tango has learned that the war among the Pacificans is almost a decade old.
The last fight happen 2 days ago,the allied tribes of the rest of Pacifica attacked the last outpost of the Massassi and the Brotherhood's.
The last remants of the Brotherhood now have united with the Crath,which are now very advance technologically from the other tribes and they had made peace,the tribes are now in normal stance and they continue their lifes and some started to fight again as they used to be.

I have heard word of The Colonization of the world of Pacifica and also the dispute that is happening between you and the other nations colonizing Pacifica. I am sending a Ambassator to assess what is happening and discuss what needs to be done.

Will this mean that US troops will simply march into other nations' territory without authorisation? A join cooperation treaty involving all colonial powers needs to be signed before troops can just cross borders and establish 'monitoring stations'.

US troops do not have a mandate to go into other nation's territories unless requested to do so. Their mandate is to patrol on the reserve side of the border. However, if they find any colonists inside the reserves with weapons or poisonous substances, US troops will pursue and apprehend. This is the only mandate they have for going into other nation's territory without a request or consent. This is the Hot Pursuit Doctrine. Soldiers may cross international borders if they are in pursuit of arms smugglers or dangerous criminals.
