You have no right to enforce these laws in our sovereign territory on Pacifica, we believe that the use of these natives as livestock will keep a sustainable supply of food for the colonists. We are thinking this through you know, we don't just want to murder these natives in cold blood. We are already a member of an alliance that supports the use of these natives as livestock so you can't seriously believe that other nations will follow your rules on treatment of the local species.

We will have to teach the Pacificans to tolerate and accept those who don't look like them.

The humans, not sure what the Pacificans would be interested in, sent an envoy with food and blankets to the Pacificans. The Pacifican group responded by spearing the human. When he tried to run they killed him and took the food and the blankets.

They sent his head back to the humans with writing on a parchment and a verbal noise that sounded like a warning.

Base Camp to Earth:

The dry land Pacificans appear to be a mostly war like species. Though we have established with the other species which call themselves the Craks. The Craks are the beings who live in the water. From what we gathered, a long time ago there was a war between the two species and the land species was on the losing end. They might fear we are here to eliminate what is left of them.

The aquatic species is more advanced than we thought. However, communication is difficult due to lack of knowledge of their languages.

The territory of the hostiles is off limits. Base camp is ordered withdraw from their territory and not set foot there until further notice.

We have established trade and peace with the Craks. The Craks offer what appears to be food and a type of transparent metal for trade. The element appears to be very tough and impervious to laser fire and gun fire.
They build huge walls of these around and above their aquatic cities. We would like to acquire a sample for study.

We have finish our colony and more colonists will arrive soon,i would suggest you to lower your claims to 30% and our claims to 25% so more governments can come and colonize the planet,each new colonial government we would suggest to have the maximum of 10% claims.
The protection of the Pacificans will be responsibility from our Colonial governments and i would suggest all colonial nations in Pacifica have free trade and a non-aggression pact between them.
We shall must not help the Pacificans to become a technological advanced civilization,we shall let them to advance their technology on their own so the Universe could have one more different technological culture.
Also further note,our colonial government is now called the Colonial Republic of Langara.

The first American colonists began arriving. The first came from California while the second group came from New York. Each group established a seperate colony, under the sponsorship of their respective states because the federal government had not yet organized the American claim.
More colonists were arriving representing the states of Iraq, Panama, Texas, Florida, and the Bahamas. Each state would establish its own colony.
Along with the colonists, arrived American marines to protect them and to protect the natives, though the Marines had orders not to enter Native territory unless the natives were actually under attack.

In a week, Illinoise would have its own colony as well, as it sought to reduce the high population in places like Chicago.

The Americans would argue among themselves who had what territory but none of the claims was, as yet, recognized by the federal government so the colonists were left to fist and knife fight each other territorial claims. Fortunately, no quarrels had yet started.

Some began setting up farms on the islands they settled on. Richard Whitehead was looking through tools when the announcement came. A representative from DC would be arriving soon to assess the situation on Pacifica. He had the full backing of the President.

All colonists, American and otherwise who were in American territory were required to attend briefings. Those who came from other countries and were not in American territory were advised to go, but were told they did not have to. The briefing would contain new important information about Pacifica.

We shall presently maintain the current claims for the purpose of preserving order and preventing incentives for colonists to go "cowboy". Currently there is enough territory on Pacifica to go around but we will adjust claims as the situation calls for it. Our intention is to give up land only when native Pacificans are ready to claim it.

Be advised American colonies on Pacifica are about to be reorganized and regulations imposed on American colonists.

It is our understanding that following map shows current territorial assignments. This lack of organization will not stand. The President has ordered Pacifica to be reorganized and all American colonies be consolidated onto one part of the planet.
The protected areas will remain but will be slightly enlarged.
I've been instructed to seek input from the foriegn government colonies as to the redrawing of all Pacifica colonies, American and otherwise.

We request the United States dissolve Illonoise territory and transfer all of its lands to Kingtonian hands, we feel that we must hold all of the island to prevent political conflicts and also we feel it makes management of our borders easier.

If our demands are met we shall promise not to harm the natives in any way therefore preventing any sort of mass bloody uprising.

As such I will approve your request if you can get the approval of the other colonies and their home governments.

He examined the recent map of Pacifica. He was not happy with it. It looked like it was done on a fly. His second task was to commission a new, more accurate map of planet Pacifica.

After receiving the message from Edwards, Santorez promptly sent back a message to the American: I understand Mister Edwards, I certainly hope the other colonies on Pacificans will agree to our wish to colonize the planet.

The state of Liberia has launched a ship with its first colonists. Edwards ponders whether they should be allowed to establish a new colony or be required to settle in federal territory. If they do a new colony they will have to choose a small island or two. IF they settle in federal territory, they will be more likely to thrive because of the greater abundance of resources.

Attention to all colonial governments

Recent report from a secret team in the island were the Pacificans are living too has a very important report.
The Massassi tribes have allied with the Crath tribes and they had started to fight the rest of the tribes in a huge and destructive war.
The Crath are expertise on tactical warfare and they are also farmers and have some advance technology like catapultus and crossbows and their are also fierce warriors.
The Massassi are good guerilla warfare,they can do quick raids,they are good hunters and good bowmen and their are also fierce warriors.
A special unit has built by both tribes known as the Brotherhood,the less experienced warriors are entering there as volunteers and they are later becoming the best warriors in the Island.
This war will be very destructive for them.
