On the Matter of the Anti-Furry Alliance,

We, as Emperor and Autocrat of All Russias, hereby do deem this alliance a good and utterly wholesome thing. Greetings. I am Rai'a Sirisi, Lord General Superior of Xenohumanity. I gathered word of this alliance recently, following a declaration of war with the fur-loving scum of the Hyperborian Khanate. Upon a short period of thought, I have decided to request membership in this alliance.

What separates us from from other anti-furry nations is our relatively large population of non-humans. With a little over 1/3 of our population being Drakon-Xeno, myself included, it may surprise others that we harbor such 'hatred'. Quite the contrary: It is the only logical sentiment.

Our species, having been created as the best organisms we can be, and with no traces of human DNA in our collective genome, harbor a special hatred of the furries, citing their self-righteous attitude and innate genetic tendencies towards horrid imperfections.

However...

The quest to rid the the galaxy of the Hyperboreans and what they stand for has taken a deadly turn. Their army is far larger than we could have possibly anticipated, and they are planning a deadly rush on our homeworld, populated with billions of non-furry civilians.
