Greetings. I am Rai'a Sirisi, Lord General Superior of Xenohumanity. I gathered word of this alliance recently, following a declaration of war with the fur-loving scum of the Hyperborian Khanate. Upon a short period of thought, I have decided to request membership in this alliance.

What separates us from from other anti-furry nations is our relatively large population of non-humans. With a little over 1/3 of our population being Drakon-Xeno, myself included, it may surprise others that we harbor such 'hatred'. Quite the contrary: It is the only logical sentiment.

Our species, having been created as the best organisms we can be, and with no traces of human DNA in our collective genome, harbor a special hatred of the furries, citing their self-righteous attitude and innate genetic tendencies towards horrid imperfections.

However...

The quest to rid the the galaxy of the Hyperboreans and what they stand for has taken a deadly turn. Their army is far larger than we could have possibly anticipated, and they are planning a deadly rush on our homeworld, populated with billions of non-furry civilians. We come to this alliance seeking aid in our conflict. If you can hear the plea of a fellow guardian of all that is pure, than please help us in this time of need.

The enemy of my enemy is a potential ally, in my opinion, but unfortunately, the members of ANTIFA have voted mostly against your membership, because they have considered there is a limit to how many concessions they are willing to make. A Czar that has an enemy in common with the anarchists of the ANTIFA is this limit. Greetings again from Rai'a Sirisi. We... acknowledge that there exist more effective and, admittedly, more original designs for martial-focused beings, but their creation was not our decision. It's a long, sordid story about an old religious empire and it's mythology being turned into science (the damn fools), but we understand that, while the results were spectacular (and most certainly not based on any human or pre-existing lizard gene code), there could be better.
