157th Luftgaz Grup Air Communicator to the 25th Labaja Armoured Division : "This is the 157th Luftgaz Grup Air, our sub-air regiment down to the division below has reported a mass breakout of moving "living objects" in and around the national border of Apartheid Kazakhstan. Shall we strike them with the might of our Luddite/Stratobombers komandan? The Luddite, also known as the "Stratobomber", is the largest military aircraft of the Confederacy, a low radar cross section, 5th generation, stratospheric, supersonic, intercontinental strategic bomber and heavy naval bomber, featured by another gambit into new concepts of airframes, as it possess a peculiar blended wing body uncommonly built with highly swept inner wings in tandem with variable geometry outer wings which sweep gradually during flight according to speed, using a supercritical airfoil to improve performance and reduce the intensity of drag during transonic speeds, and by less costly design features to reduce RCS like the serrated edges of its engines exhaust ports, but not enough to classify it as an stealth aircraft. It is powered by an unconventional configuration of five, partly under-fuselage, above-body EX-340 fluidic nozzle turbofans with vectored thrust capability, which also using Coanda effect from the nozzles, offers a replacement for the massive tail it would need otherwise for control surfaces, working together with the elevons of the inner wing, and also a needed thrust capability for the relatively short runway length needed for it to take off and land, although logically it is not a STOL.
Focused on very long range precision bombing and naval interdiction rather than carpet bombing tactics, it can have up to 90% of its maximum take-off weight minus empty weight composed by fuel only, specially due to the increased fuel compartments on its blended wing body which are usually too small for armament payload, as its primary strength is its range, focused with a crew area built for effectively allowing flights and missions of more than 48 hours of length, by offering all facilities for all their basic needs and support for having the double of its needed crew for in-mission day and night shifts, with a hot seat principle to reduce the area dedicated for this role, coupled with entirely reclinable seats to allow the needed rest. Usually it is armed with the precision guided small diameter bombs, by a pair of cruise missiles or ACA-2 unmanned aerial vehicles, and by a significant quantity of deployable countermeasures.
For naval missions on the other hand it can be equipped with an entirety of air-to-ground anti-shipping missiles and cruise missiles into modular rotary launchers and missile pods that can be installed on it in any air field with infrastructure to perform its maintenance. It also functions, albeit at a very limited level, as an Airborne Early Warning and Command aircraft, due to its comprehensible avionics which include the Tactical Theater Datalink Relay System(TTDRS) used for creating a comprehensible, unified whole from all collected data nearby, including even ground based recon, and focused on giving additional information awareness to nearby escort fighters. While an active phased radar system for aircraft detection mostly, a 3D radar for ground based detection and an infrared/optical detection system based on FSoft Intelliview technology to support ground strikes from primarily TVR based cruise missiles sum its capabilities, guided through the triple-redundant GNU Hurd and SELinux based Airlinux 3.0 military operating system, or by their own hardwired systems.

General Prabowo Wiranto of the Imperial 6th Army. : The rest of the Imperial Sixth Army Infantry Divisions will follow up upon your Armoured Division's spearhead in the battlefield. Over. The Katana MBT is a Libertarian Governance effort to develop a MBT superior to all others. The Katana Mod 2 uses a Saturn 7 gas turbine rated at 2550 lbs. The Katana utilizes a combination of steel encased depleted uranium/titanium alloy armor and Chobham with to give this 80 metric ton MBT an estimated maximum frontal turrent of 2,250mm RHAe vs HEAT rounds and 1344 mm versus kinetic energy penetrators. This is accomplished both with the composition of the armor and the sloping of the armor which cause both shaped charges and kinetic-energy penetrators to be a great deal less effective.
Armed with a 140mm auto-loading smooth bore high pressure gun with Advanced Integrated Propulsion System (AIPS) in a low profile automated turret, hydropneumatic suspension, Contact Reactive armor, K10 Multi-sensor Target Acquisition Sensor, CDC ADA based fire control system, lightweight track, advanced chemical agent alarm, NBC collective protection system and a Vehicle Integrated Defense System with countermeasures, threat sensors and smoke. The tank is equipped with an automatic Halon fire extinguishing system which is activated within 2 milliseconds of a fire outbreak and extinguishes a fire within 250 milliseconds.
The automated turret holds the 140mm auto loading anti-tank gun which has a muzzle energy of 24MJ and a reload time of 3 secs. The gun uses an advanced autoloader that utilizes software and sensors to spot ammunition anomalies and is located in the turret bustle. With ammunition separated from the crew compartment by an armored blowout bulkhead crew survivability greatly increases. Finally, horizontal ammunition arrangement in the turret bustle permits using longer (and therefore, more powerful) APFSDS rounds, unitary ammunition, simplified automatic loading process and an increased rate of fire of 20 rounds per minute.
The three-man crew is seated in an armored capsule inside the hull of the tank. With supplies and lavatory for 72 hours of combat operations the crew each man has 6 LCD screens providing data over the integrated combat network and by exterior high-resolution cameras with light-intensification and infrared sensors, an infrared laser rangefinder, and an integrated Electronic Support Measures (ESM) array. Millimeter wave radar allows gun engagements on attack helos using airbursting rounds. With the ability to use Aries fire and forget, top attack ATGMs, Puma laser guided SAMs, Puma 2 fire and forget, IR homing SAMs and 140 mm Hades Rockets.
The Contact Reactive Armor ERA gives the turret an angled appearance, with the ERA bricks forming a "clam shell" appearance. ERA bricks on the turret roof provide protection from top-attack weapons. The design of contact features explosive sandwiched between two metal plates. The plates are arranged in such a way as to move sideways rapidly when the explosive detonates. This will force an incoming KE-penetrator or shaped charge jet to cut through more armor than the thickness of the plating itself, since "new" plating is constantly fed into the penetrating body.
Additionally, the Optronic counter measures system is designed to disrupt laser target designation and rangefinders of incoming ATGM round. Optronic includes a laser warning package that warns the tank crew when it is being lased and an electro-optical jammer. Plus there is a grenade discharging system which produces an aerosol screen and a computerized control system to coordinate the vehicles defense and its Chainmail active protection system.
Chainmail includes an F/G band fire-control radar with four flat-panel antennas mounted on the vehicle, with a 360-degree field of view. When a weapon is fired at the vehicle, the internal computer uses the signal from the incoming weapon and calculates an approach vector. Once the incoming weapon is fully classified, the computers calculate the optimal time and angle to fire the neutralizers to intercept the threat at a distance of 5 to 30 meters from the protected vehicle. The response comes from two rotating launchers installed on the sides of the vehicle. The launchers are normally stowed behind armored plating and only deploy when a threat is detected. The launchers fire the neutralizing agents, which explode in front of a threat forming a dense "curtain" of high velocity steel buckshot like fragments within one millisecond. The system is designed to have a very small kill zone, so as not to endanger troops adjacent to the protected vehicle. Additionally, the system can track and defend against several simultaneous threats from different directions.

The weapons are designed with heavy fluted barrels to maximize sustained automatic fire and each internal part is coated with a molecular lubricant. Utilizes a 250 round disposable compact magazine housed in the buttstock of the weapon. Standard equipment includes a 40mm under barrel grenade launcher and electronic scope.
The weapon uses a 6.5mm x 41mm caseless ammunition, with the propellant shaped into rectangular shapes. The projectile is 6.5 mm in diameter with a case length of 41mm. The 6.5mm round is 70% the weight of a conventional 6.5mm Grendel round. The round also has similar ballistics to a 6.5 mm Grendel round, but the 6.5 mm HITP caseless has a higher muzzle velocity due primarily to the characteristics and formulation of the HITP propellent. That increased velocity gives the round a lbs ft of energy rating of 2418.
The weapon has two firing modes: semi-auto and full-auto at 750 rounds per minute. The loading and feed mechanism is physically very complicated but exceptionally fast and reliable.
1. As the cocking handle on the side is rotated clockwise by the weapon operator:
2. A round is dropped into the revolving chamber vertically (a loading piston assists this process).
3. The mechanism is then pulled forward by the return spring rotating the chamber 90° until it is lined up with the barrel. This completes the chambering of the round and charging of the electronic firing pin.
4. When the trigger is pulled, an electronic firing pin ignites the primer, which then ignites a powder booster charge that pushes the bullet into the barrel. The solid block of propellant is broken up to increase the ignition surface area and ignites, accelerating the bullet out of the barrel.
5. As the projectile is accelerating up the barrel, recoil forces drive the barrel, chamber and operating mechanism rearwards within the weapon, dissipating energy for single shot and fully automatic modes.
6. Gas tapped off from the barrel rotates the chamber and actuates the loading mechanism then rotating the chamber back to the vertical original position until it is lined up with the feed mechanism and the process repeats.
Because the Shrec uses caseless ammunition there are no extraction and ejection steps. If a round fails to fire the rifle can be manually unloaded by twisting the cocking handle counterclockwise. This pushes the failed/training round out an emergency ejection port on the side of the rifle and loads the next round.
When the rounds are fired, the barrel, chamber and operating mechanism recoils back against recoil springs several inches. Only when it strikes the buffer at the back of the rifle does the user feel the recoil. The rifle only loads and fires one round per movement of the internal mechanism. When the barrel and mechanism reaches the rearmost point in it's travel, the recoil springs push it forward back into its normal forward position. This movement also powers a plunger based generator that powers the electronic firing pin. The cocking lever is used to manually charge the firing pin
To avoid cookoff of caseless rounds a denatured hexogen propellant with a special binder and coating for the ammunition has increased the spontaneous ignition temperature to 371 °C (700 °F). This HITP round is fired by a patented electronic firing pin that sends a small electrical current to cause detonation of the primer which provides the thermal impulse necessary to ignite the propellant which then deflagrates, producing pressure. For added safety and efficiency during prolonged automatic fire we have incorporated a fluted barrel design in the AR-9. The fluted barrel will definitely dissipate heat quickly. This is due to the heat being allowed to reach the outside temperature at a faster rate by removing materials.
Our patented AC-3 Dry Lubricant system is used to coat all internal parts and the barrel. AC-3 is the controlled atmospheric application of a

There are two base vehicle patterns (2.5 ton and 5 ton) with multiple variants of each, including the addition of Material Handlling Equipment (MHE) to some models.
http://i934.photobucket.com/albums/ad18 ... _chart.jpg
MTV is rapidly deployable worldwide for operation on primary and secondary roads, trails, and cross-country terrain, in all climatic conditions. MTV is able to be carried by all LG transport aircraft and carried externally by the UH-5 Wwyvn. All MTV vehicles are capable of airdrop by LVAD or LAPES/AD delivery systems. Commonality of parts across truck chassis variants significantly reduces the logistics burden and operating and support costs.
