Now, in that RP, I had 3 characters, all were on the run from my Colonial nation. Now, the idea of THIS RP is a modified story of how they got there in the first place, sans actually getting there.
The general idea is that the Colonial government is hunting down Empowered, and some decide to fight back. Participate AT YOUR OWN RISK. Characters can AND WILL be killed. And unless their power is being a member of the undead (one of the characters in the original Jolt RP had that power) they will stay dead. You can either a Empowered Character, or a Human character who is either helping the Empowered, or hunting them.
Heres a Character Sheet to fill in if interested.

BRIEF physical description:
Personal History (try to kind it under 2 paragraphs. No novels please
): Organizations:
Office of Navel Intelligence (ONI): The Office of Navel Intelligence is the main force behind the hunt for the Empowered. Ruthless, they'll use any means necessary to capture the Empowered. ONI Agents are ranked by Clearance Levels. Level 5 Agents are trainees, and are normally with a Level 3 or Level 2 Agent. Level 4 Agents are in the final stages of their training, and are sent on simple missions, such as recon or short term undercover work, no longer then a week. Level 3 Agents are fully trained Agents, and are the bulk of ONI's manpower. Level 2 Agents are Agents that are specially trained, or are pulled from "black" operations, such as the failed Spartan project. Level 1 Agents are rare, and are normally Agents that have been through hell and back and come out in one piece. Currently, there are only 25 active Level 1 Agents.
Colonial Marines: The Colonial Marines are the main fighting force of the Colonial military. Based on board the Navy's massive Battlestars, the Marines are well trained, and are deployed to support ONI operations in the Colonies. Ranked as you would expect a military to be ranked, starting at Privates and working up to Lt Colonel. The Orbital Drop Shock Troopers are a subdivision of the Marines.
Colonial Army: The Army, often called the Homeguard, may not see as much action as the Marines, but it is still a force to be reckoned with. Called in when a situation can't be handled by Colonial Police, they also support ONI operations. ranked the same as Marines.
Colonial Police: A typical police force. The Police try their very best to keep the peace and are often successful. Well trained for a police force, they are not a dedicated fighting force, and call in the Army or Marines when a situation gets over their heads.
Empowered Liberation Front: A group of Empowered fighting to stay free. Although small, due to the nature of its members, the ELF had the potential to cause massive damage to anything that gets in its way.
Will give more information when I get some interest.
