I, President Gerald L. Traddixx call this Conference in response to recent complications with Forgotten Americans, and the Allied States.

I wish to discuss any matters with Allied States members, and Forgotten Americans itself.

Soon after this confrence, a Senate decision will decide how to react to this whole ordeal.

This meeting is technically open, but I will only consider further action to be taken once Forgotten Americans and Rhodmhire leaders have a disscussion with one another tomorrow afternoon.

Let me start with this:

Scientists at FA Labortories have devoloped a new virus to be used in Ballistic Missles! They have created the Hell's Rath Virus. The symptoms are
-Vomiting Blood
-Intestinal Bleeding
-Extreme Dehydration
-Eye Irritation
-Kidney Stones
-Bloody Urine
- Memory Loss
-Insanity
The HR Virus is currently being tested on 10 Death Row inmates. Scientists are predicting that the virus will have an 80% Death Rate.

Please, explain to me how these symptoms are affective to grain? Grain is a plant, which doesn't have internal organs.

Also, why test on Death Row inmates? Why not grain?

The virus, not the weapon, the virus, is capeable of killing humans, with an "80% Death Rate" it is not a weapon I wish them to use. With Rhodmhire already threatened by a virus, and Forgotten Americans not even truly being capeable of utilizing such technology, I think they should hault the project immediately.

Also, creating viruses is a concerning matter, if President Jones doesn't wish to at least console other nations about it, he's risking his country's destruction over it.

Also, threatening another nation with these weapons is a suicide mission in this case. That's one of the main reasons I'm aiming towards major diplomatic restrictions, and even war if necessary.

And don't demand I sign it, this Conference hasn't even begun, my friend.

I was told it was only affective on grains, why then use inmates? Human inmates? I didn't ask why not black people or tall people or people who weren't in jail, opposed to those already in jail, I asked why humans in general? Of any stature?

We have an infection happening in Comaack now in the city of Gary, Indiana. The City is Blocked off and we now believe it to be a Bio Attack from Forgotten Americas, but there is no evidence. The Symptoms though are exactly the same.

Population of City Before being Infected- 99,516
Population of City 1 Week after Infection- 91,300
Population of City 2 Weeks after Infection- 85,602
Population of City 3 Weeks after Infection- 74,899
Population of City Today- 69,512

So Far, about 1/3 of the Population is dead. Almost 95% of the Population is infected and one of the citizens made a trip to Forgotten Americas one Month ago and seems to have been the first infected.

If you find legitimate evidence that this is the HR Virus, we will indefinately declare war and we'd ask for your support.

At the moment, this is just more reason for them to shut down, viruses are going around everywhere, we don't need another one potentially being caught and brought back to a foreign nation.

This is exactly why I started this whole thing, to prevent what's happening to your nation from happening to mine. We too are already suffering from a virus, the Agri-x2, we need not another threat, especially one with an 80% death rate.
